This paper aims to understand the relevance of the education character perspective of the Koran in the shape of generation Qur'anic. The phenomenon found that many students still carry out intolerant actions, brawls, sexual harassment and even acts of radicalism. Character education gets attention and has a strong enough impetus to create a generation of character today. Method research used is study library research. Technique data collection using data reduction, data presentation, and withdrawal conclusion. Results study this show that education character has relevance in the Qur'an. Score education has taken character namely tolerance, religion, love of peace, and love of homeland. Like in QS al - Kafirun: 6 explains suggestion tolerance where the value that can be actualized is by putting forward principle each other value difference, QS Al- Jatsiyah: 22 explains about behaviour religious reflect an awareness that every action will get a reply from God. Surah Al-Anfal: 61 explains to remember God so that one could withhold self from deed zalim and avoid contention. QS Al-Hujurat: 1 3 explains that God created man in diverse, national, and tribal ways that needed unity Among one another. To realize unity, somebody must put forward an attitude of empathy, mutual value and no hostility. With the fourth score character, the Qur'an perspective can become Foundation for shaping the qur'anic generation. The four values of character education are supports that can strengthen the curriculum of Islamic religious education in Indonesia.
In Indonesia, family law is well regulated in law or government regulations. In this case, with the increasingly complex family law issues supported by divorce rates, which reached 398,245 in 2015, then in 2017, it increased to 415,898, and with the development of science and technology, so many problems arise both in terms of muamalah or family law itself. For this reason, structuring is needed through legal reform that makes it follow what is needed by the wider community. Starting from this, this paper will discuss the arrangement of Islamic family law and the dynamics of family law reform in Indonesia. This study aims to provide an overview of the arrangement of Islamic families and Islamic family law reform in Indonesia. This paper uses qualitative research methods that are library researching. The data in this article was obtained from books, journals, articles, magazines related to the structure and dynamics of family law reforms in Indonesia. After the data is collected, the writer analyzes with data analysis techniques, namely data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The results of the study show that the structure and dynamics of family law in Indonesia, when viewed in the context of Islamic law reform, reveal a unique and problematic portrait of reform. It is said so because Indonesia applies three legal systems, namely customary law, Islamic law, and Western law.
In the era of globalization, the tourism sector is one of the largest and most influential industries in economic development in general. In the 21st century, the tourism sector will be the primary driver in the world economy. In tourism, there are elements contained in it, ranging from tourists, travel, tourist destinations, industry, and so forth. Tourism for foreign exchange sources, including Indonesia, which is one of the countries that have various types of tourism, namely natural tourism, social tourism, and cultural tourism spread from Sabang to Merauke. One of the regions in Indonesia where multiple types of natural wealth have the potential to be developed is Sungai Penuh City, located in the western area in the form of a plateau. The most popular highland tourist destination in Sungai Penuh City is Bukit Khayangan. Departing from the above, the author intends to develop these problems and raise them into an article that illustrates and discusses supporting factors and inhibiting factors in the development of the Bukit Khayangan attraction, Sungai Penuh City. Then the development of attractions in Bukit Khayangan, Sungai Penuh City city, as well as the contribution of Bukit Kayangan Kota Sungai Penuh attraction. Moral problems of Indonesian youth who are still in the productive age of education on the verge of degradation. The Indonesian Child Protection Commission (KPAI) released data showing that in the time period between 2011 to 2019, there were 37,381 complaints of violence committed by teenagers. This means that, annually, 4153 cases occur in that time interval, and it is a concern that 11% of the total number occurs in the world of education. The formal curriculum in the Indonesian education system does not accommodate the importance of students' moral education. The tendency to increase intellectual intelligence is far more dominant than moral and spiritual intelligence. Theoretically, moral education with the internalization of values is in the hidden curriculum, such as the views of Philip W. Jackson, Elizabeth Vallance, and Henry Giroux. This study aims to find the following: 1. Dimensions of the hidden curriculum in education at Darussalam Gontor Modern Islamic Boarding School, 2 aspects that affect the hidden curriculum in Darussalam Gontor Modern Islamic Boarding School's education, 3. Functions of the hidden curriculum in Darussalam Gontor Modern Islamic Boarding School's education, 4 Implementation of the hidden curriculum in the education of Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor. This research method is qualitative with a phenomenological approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by interview, observation, and documentation study. Data analysis used an interactive model from Milles & Huberman, namely data reduction, data display, and verification. The wetness of the data was measured using a triangulation of sources and techniques and extended the researcher's participation. The results of this study indicate that: 1. Hidden Curriculum in Pondok Modern Darussalam education is in 5 dimensions; a. Activities, b. Social Structure, c. Discipline, d. Policy, e. Education Milliu. The activity dimension containing elements of a hidden curriculum is more strategic because activities with their diversity have succeeded in creating high dynamics, and high dynamics are able to form militancy, and militancy forms patterns of thought, attitudes, and life skills, especially in terms of leadership. 2. Aspects that affect the hidden curriculum in education Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor consists of the vision, mission, and goals of education, an Islamic boarding school values, both of which affect the direction and purpose of the hidden curriculum in this cottage, as well as discipline and example, both of which affect the effectiveness of the hidden curriculum in its implementation. Aspects of Islamic boarding school values have a stronger influence on the direction and purpose of the hidden curriculum than any other factor because values are the basis of all movements in this Pondok, as well as discipline and exemplary behavior, both of which are the most dominant aspects affecting the effectiveness of the hidden curriculum at Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor. 3. The hidden curriculum function in Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor education is not only to produce graduates who are moral but also very strong in forming a leadership mindset, leadership behavior, and leadership skills. 4 . The implementation of the hidden curriculum in Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor education uses six approaches, namely: a. Assignment, b. Briefing, c. Supervision, d. Habituation, e. Exemplary, f. Milliu creation. The assignment is the most strategic approach to implementing the hidden curriculum because it has succeeded in exploring all the talents and interests of students and then developing them according to their respective tendencies.
Abstract. The Islamization idea was one of the efforts in conducted dialogue with other civilizations and also maintaining the identity and essence of Islam itself. The rise of the Islamic ummah can be started from mastery and deepening of knowledge followed by good Adab and Akhlaq. This Study was concentrated on elucidating Gontor’s Curriculum which contained the implementation of Islamization idea. It was a critical study about some aspect of curriculum which is projected the similarity of Islamic worldview such as; the concept of God, knowledge, Adab and Akhlaq. We conclude positive aspects of some Islamization idea in Gontor's curriculum. These aspects which built an Islamic spirit in their scientific activities and other development in line with Gontor's orientation.
