In today's uncertain times, fostering an entrepreneurial spirit through co-curricula learning activities for high school students as a provision to live independently is very necessary. Learning loss and the decrease in students' motivation to carry out learning offline is the impact of distance learning. Through the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum, schools design learning activities in the form of projects to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students. This research mainly aims to reveal how schools can inspire students' entrepreneurial spirit through a project to enhance the Pancasila student profile. This research is a phenomenon at the high school level in Probolinggo City, which was used as a pilot project for implementing The Merdeka Curriculum by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach using semi-structured interviews, which is used to explore how the project strengthens the Pancasila student profile by improving students' entrepreneurial spirit. Discussions have been fulfilled together with some pupils in four Penggerak School. The collection consisted of documents, observations, and interviews. The result of this study is that Merdeka Curriculum is proficient in fostering the entrepreneurial spirit through Pancasila student profile implementation. Based on these results, the entrepreneurial spirit can be concluded that The project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students is feasible to be implemented in schools that implement the Merdeka curriculum independently with the outlook that more pupils will have entrepreneurship by carrying out projects in co-curricular activities.
The paper deals with the impact of product completeness, promotion and location on consumer interest in buying at Sentra Kuliner Pakal Benowo Surabaya in East Java (Indonesia) in the year 2020. This study is based on a sample of 100 people and conducted with the use of quantitative methods. The findings prove that product completeness affects purchase interest the most; promotion has a medium effect on purchase interest, whereas location has no significant effect on purchase interest. Thus, traders are advised to pay attention to product completeness and promotion in order to maintain consumer purchase interest.
CV Duta Perkasa Pasuruan is mechanical and electrical basic materials CV to produce water pipe. The price of raw materials in this CV is relatively affordable. The company provides quality services. The consumers can feel satisfaction while they are buying. This study aims to analyze whether there is an effect of price and quality of service on consumer satisfaction in the CV Duta Perkasa of Pasuruan. The data used in this study are primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that price does not have a significant effect on customer satisfaction with a significant value of 0.735> 0.05. Service Quality Variable has a significant influence on customer satisfaction which has a significant value of 0,000> 0.05. Simultaneously the price and quality of service together affect customer satisfaction with a significant value of 0,000> 0.
This study aims to determine the effect of shop live advertising and product quality partially or simultaneously on the buying interest of Economic Education Students at PGRI Wiranegara University. This research begins with the number of teenagers who are easily influenced by live shop advertisements and product quality in buying clothes, especially in shop e-commerce. The population in this study were students of economic education at PGRI Wiranegara University, with a sample of 70 students who used the shop application. The data collection technique used a questionnaire that was tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression, classical assumption test, T-test, F test, and coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that live shop advertising has a positive and significant effect on buying interest in clothing products for Economic Education Students at PGRI Wiranegara University; product quality partially has a positive and significant effect on buying interest in clothing products for Economic Education students at PGRI Wiranegara University. Shopee live advertising and product quality simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on buying interest in clothing products for Economic Education Students at PGRI Wiranegara University. The conclusion of this study is that the correlation coefficient value shows that 61.1% of the buying interest variable can be explained by the shop's live advertising variables and product quality. In comparison, the remaining 38.9% is explained by other variables that were not examined in this study.
This study aims to describe the teachers' perspective about the effective teaching technique to teach young leaner in Pasuruan Indonesia. The research design was qualitative case study design. This study tried to investigate the effective teaching technique to teach young learner. The teaching process had been implemented by the teachers. In this study, the teachers would describe their teaching learning process in their classroom. The subject of this study was the professional teachers' of junior high school in SMPN 1 Gempol and SMPN 1 Beji. The classroom was chosen based on the teacher's approval and suggestion. The professional teachers were the teachers who had legal certificate as the educator from the government and who had taught more than ten years. The researcher collected the data from the observation sheets, field note, and teachers' interview. The researcher found that the teachers ordered the steps of teaching technique from the beginning until the end effectively and systematically. The teachers had fulfilled the criteria of professional teacher. They had a better classroom management skill and ordered various kinds of teaching activities and practices in their classroom splendidly.
