Abstrak, Daftar kasus kecelakaan kerja di galagan kapal yang terjadi selama 8 tahun terakhir dengan jumlah kasus tertinggi pada proses pekerjaan grinding dan welding. Kasus kecelakaan kerja tersebut disebabkan oleh kesalahan manusia atau human error. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Cogitive Reliability and Error Analysis Method (CREAM) untuk memprediksi dan mengurangi terjadinya human error. Pada metode ini dilakukan dengan dua cara yaitu basic method yang berfungsi untuk hanya mendapatkan nilai probabilitas kegagalan secara umum, sedangkan extend method berfungsi untuk mendapatkan nilai probabilitas kegagalan kognitif pada setiap task. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang menurunkan keandalan operator dan mempengaruhi timbulnya human error pada operator grinding dan welding adalah faktor kondisi pekerjaan dan waktu dalam hari saat pekerjaan berlangsung. Nilai probabilitas error tertinggi pada proses pekerjaan grinding dan welding terdapat pada aspek kognitif interpretation, dengan masing-masing nilai CFP pada proses grinding yaitu sebesar 0,024 dan pada proses welding 0,006. Usulan perbaikan untuk mengurangi probabilitas human error pada proses grinding dan welding adalah pada kondisi pekerjaan dengan membutuhkan penerangan yang cukup saat bekerja didalam kapal, membutuhkan sirkulasi udara yang baik saat bekerja didalam kapal, dan membutuhkan peningkatan pengawasan kepada operator agar operator dapat bekerja dengan aman dan disiplin dalam bekerja. Serta membutuhkan pengoptimalan manajemen waktu dalam bekerja, agar operator dapat bekerja dengan baik dan memiliki waktu istirahat yang cukup. Several previous studies have found factors or dimensions that affect the quality services of tourism and measures the perceived level of tourists as consumers. However, these studies have not been able to develop a practical model of a system as a simple overview of the tourism industry by involving various factors / dimensions that influence. This research will make a conseptual model of the service quality improvement of the tourism industry in the province of Central Java. The method used in this paper is Tourservqual, which is the Service Quality methods applied in the field of tourism. The resulting conceptual model consists of sixteen (16) dimension of the quality of tourism services that will affect or have a positive relationship with customer satisfaction (tourists). Customer satisfaction has a positive influence on destination competitiveness. Destination competitiveness measured in 36 indicators. This conceptual model expected to measure tourist satisfaction who becomes the object of the tourist areas, also measure the level of competitiveness of each of these objects, as well as knowing what factors most affect the competitiveness of tourist destinations.
Standar waktu pelayanan yang telah ditetapkan pemerintah dalam surat keputusan Menteri Kesehatan No.129/MENKES/SK/II/2008 Tentang Standar Pelayanan Minimal Rumah Sakit yaitu standar pelayanan rawat jalan dengan waktu tunggu ≤ 60 menit. Berdasarkan indikator waktu tunggu di rawat jalan, waktu tunggu pelayanan adalah waktu yang diperlukan mulai pasien mendaftar sampai dipanggil untuk dilayani oleh dokter. Permasalahan yang diketahui pada salah satu fasilitas kesehatan adalah lamanya waktu tunggu pelayanan melebihi 60 menit yaitu 2 jam 48 menit. Lamanya waktu tunggu pelayanan dikarenakan terdapat aktivitasaktivitas yang tergolong dalam pemborosan. Analisa dan usulan dilakukan penerapan lean healthcare, value stream mapping serta root cause analysis dengan usulan perbaikan dengan rappid process improvement workshop (hanya sampai tahap planning). Diketahui akar penyebab pemborosan karena adanya double job, lamanya proses pengisian dan pencarian rekam medis, proses pencarian kembali rekam medis yang tidak ada, adanya tumpukan lembaran rekam medis baru dan nota pembayaran yang melebihi kapasitas penyimpanan. Diusulkan menggunakan rapid process improvement workshop menggunakan perhitungan workload indicator staff need yaitu menambahkan 2 petugas pada pengambilan nomor antrian dan 3 petugas pada registrasi, serta mengganti bentuk cetakan nomor pendaftaran, menggunakan sistem paperless, mengadakan intercom tiap departemen dan menambahkan infromasi secara visual pada ruangan rawat jalan. Setelah dilakukan pembuatan future state mapping dan diketahui total leadtime 9345,54 dengan value added time 196,54 detik, non value added time 9085 detik, dan necessary but non value added time 70 detik. Dan presentase process cycle efficiency menjadi 2,10%.
Abstract-The implementation of e-learning has become a demand for Higher Education, with the provision of the management of Sultan Agung Islamic University (UNISSULA) which require the lecturer to upload teaching material on the application of Cyber Learning, the lecturer was able to maintain the intensity of communication with the students without the constrained of space and time. The research was conducted by analyzing the activity of learning with the application of the use of cyber-learning and e-learning contributes for students as well as identifying factors that influence the successful implementation of learning systems with cyber learning. This study uses questionnaires, referring kracjie table. The assessment was using a Guttman scale, so that the existing data is nominal data. The results of validity and reliability testing of the questions and answers contained in the questionnaire respondents. This research make the conclusion that students are familiar with the cyber learning application, but the benefits that have not been obtained and has no effect to increase the performance index of student. Overall the system components and applications of elearning in UNISSULA were good expressed by the majority of student respondents and were able to support the implementation of the course with e-learning models.
Face shield is one of the important PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) for health workers in health services in the era of the COVID-19 pandemic as it is today. The limited number of face shield will certainly hamper the health services provided by the hospital. This Community Services activity was carried out at RSI Sultan Agung and RSIGM Sultan Agung to provide training on making face shield independently and also maintenance, so that face shield is more durable and not easily damaged. The tool used is a 3D printer which is easy to operate. 3D Printing technology will produce solid objects, and not like printing a sheet of paper on a printer that is commonly used. Design 3D models using CAD software. This activity was attended by 80 participants. 91.25% of participants are interested in making their own face shields as an effort to meet the need for face shields From the Community Services activities, around 100 face shields were produced which were handed over to the hospital.
