The main purpose of the study is to assess changes in the automotive business related to the development of the main directions of post-crisis development of the automotive business ecosystem, taking into account the internal restructuring of the management system and the mechanism of state support in the conditions of global and regional isolation. Research hypothesis: the pandemic is dangerous to the population as a disease. Its development has influenced the behavioral aspects of the workforce and consumers. The external business environment changes and causes changes in the management system. Moreover, there are new forms of business models that have an effect and can be used in post-crisis development. In the conditions of instability and sanctions restrictions, possible solutions in the ecosystem of the automotive business can be the formation of the strength of the value chain at the global and regional levels. The specific tasks addressed in the article are aimed at creating conditions for adapting businesses and the population to the conditions of restrictions and looking for ways to help those most affected by these restrictions. First, it is necessary to assess the company's stress tolerance. We think that this is not only financial stress resistance, but also psychological, behavioral, managerial, system, team, client, etc. Assessment gives an understanding of the mechanism of action and the possibility of stress relief. The sectoral features of state support for the automotive business ecosystem remain insufficiently studied.
The article justifies the need to transform the lecturer’s (professor’s) image in a changing environment, formulates the requirements for the image of a higher school lecturer (professor) in a new digital reality, determines the image formation stages. The study uses institutional and structural analysis methods, system analysis methods, human capital research methods, panel research and data collection method. The research paper can be used for the purposes of organising professional development for educational institutions lecturers (professors), organising trainings and courses on shaping and correcting the lecturer’s (professor’s) image. The article also gives an opportunity to understand the role of high education institution image in ensuring the effectiveness of his professional activities in the new information environment and substantiate the need for in-depth research in such areas as the psychology of teacher personality in professional activities, the impact of teacher personality on the educational process efficiency, the impact of lecturer’s (professor’s) image on the university’s rating indicators.
Аннотация. Дефицит трудовых ресурсов предполагает повышение эффективности использования уже имеющегося трудового потенциала в условиях мегаполиса. Возникает вопрос об определении реального дефицита. Это предопределяет необходимость исследования проблем, связанных с выявлением и анализом факторов формирования рынка труда. На функционирование рынка труда оказывает влияние ряд факторов, связанных с формированием дополнительных резервных групп трудовых ресурсов. Увеличение миграционных потоков требует решения вопросов оптимизации их объемов. На наш взгляд, необходимо разделять проблемы улучшения демографической ситуации в мегаполисе вследствие миграционных процессов, с одной стороны, и использования миграции, как определяющего источника покрытия потребности экономики мегаполиса в рабочей силе, с другой. Закономерными становятся вопросы кастомизации рабочей силы. Таким образом, регулирование обеспеченности экономики мегаполиса в рабочей силе предполагает, с одной стороны, анализ и выявление резервных групп трудовых ресурсов, а с другой-кастомизацию товара «рабочая сила» под запросы конкретного ее потребителя.
The impact of the psychophysiological factors of ethical relationships on the efficiency of cargo transportation has been considered. In the face of increasing tension on the roads, issues of compliance with the drivers’ professional ethics, which are a set of moral norms, that determine a person’s attitude to his professional duty, become relevant. The main problems of international transportation are inefficient communications, the causes of which are the following: psychophysiological features of drivers’ work; lack of communication skills among drivers; lack of an international ethical code of conduct for drivers. It is necessary to take into account the effect of a set of factors, that determine the psychophysiological state of drivers at different stages of the transportation process: first, highlight the factors, that determine the performance of the driver before the trip; secondly, the factors determining road safety. The general performance of the driver during transportation is determined by the psychophysiological features of the drivers’ labor in the process of driving, which, in turn, are predetermined by it's operation as part of the driver-car-road-environment system. This fact predefines the need to raise at the state level the issue of the development and implementation of the Ethical code of conduct for the driver, which will take into account national behavioral patterns and regulatory documents, governing road traffic in different states.
