The purpose. To develop effective models and systems of grassland forage production on natural forage lands of various soil and climatic regions of the country on the basis of adaptive technologies for the creation and use of hay-pasture grass stands. Methods. Analysis, synthesis, generalization, field experience. Results. Theoretical justification is made and ways are outlined for further perfecting grassland systems and techniques of building cultivated grasslands for rural communities with the purpose of intensification of milk cattle husbandry of Ukraine, solution of ecological problems and heightening economic efficiency of perspective for production of innovative development. Directions of production of high-quality feedstuff and approaches to preserving biodiversity in grassland systems in conditions of global climate fluctuations are shown. Conclusions. Modern development of grassland forage production should be based on ecological-biological principles of formation of the dominant adapted pascual agrophytocenosis and new systems of grazing depending on climatic and anthropogenous factors. Implementation of innovative developments will raise productivity of animal husbandry in public sector, will create premises to augmentation of cattle stock and stability improvement of traditional milk cattle husbandry to climate fluctuations.
The purpose. To highlight the formation and development of the scientific support of feed production industry in Ukraine, contribution of the Institute of Feeds and Agriculture of Podillia of NAAS to the development of feed production as a science, to generalize the main scientific achievements. Methods. On the basis of materials from periodicals and monographs, the formation and development of feed production as a science was analyzed. To solve the problem, general research methods (analysis, synthesis) and historical methods (problem-chronological) were used. Results. The development of scientific support of feed production industry in Ukraine was displayed through the prism of researches on these issues. The main achievements of the Institute of Feeds and Agriculture of Podillia of NAAS in the development of scientific approaches to feed production were analyzed. Conclusions. Further development of the feed production industry as a science should be based on innovative principles under improvement of the optimal structure of areas under forage and grain crops; enhancement of the breeding research in the direction of increasing the adaptive capacity of new varieties to adverse environmental factors and developing modern competitive varieties of cultivation technologies; development of new and improvement of current intensive technologies for the cultivation of perennial grasses, maize for silage and grain, legume-grain crops and soybean; improvement of integrated plant protection; biologization of technological processes of growing forage crops in specific natural and climatic zones under effective eco-friendly use of soil fertility, improvement of the technologies of harvesting, storage and utilization of feeds and monitoring of feedstock and feed quality.
The purpose. To justify risks and opportunities of stable production of grain of winter wheat in state-of-theart agrophytocenosis of Right-bank forest-steppe region. Methods. Analysis, synthesis, generalization, field experiment. Results. Influence of modern techniques upon productivity and quality of grain of winter wheat is probed at late seeding emergence. Expediency of use of postharvest plant residues in conditions of limited application of organic fertilizers is proved. Conclusions. Later seeding emergence of winter wheat in 70% of events is imminent after late predecessors because of excessively droughty and rainy September, and after early predecessors such probability makes 50%. Application of no-till-technique enables to decrease essentially term between sowing and sprouts and to prolong autumn vegetation. Optimization of existing systems of mineral nutrition with the use of crop residues, bacterization of seeds and microfertilizers, high quality grades positively influences productivity of grain and its quality.
The purpose. To study conceptual approaches to the strategy of innovative development of forage industry of Ukraine in conditions of becoming of world agroindustrial production. Methods. Systems analysis, analytical, mathematical-and-statistical, monographic, calculative-relative. Results. Conceptual approaches to the strategy of development of forage industry which are based on transfer of innovations into the branch are offered. Conclusions. Transfer of innovations into forage industry will promote revitalization of competitive animal husbandry, formation of food safety of the state in conditions of climate fluctuation and further development of euro integration processes. Statement of the problem. Active growth of demand for livestock products in the countries, where economy is developing most dynamically, has caused a large-scale increase in its production. This has been accompanied by significant technological innovations and structural changes in agrarian production. It is known that nutritional needs of the population are met due to the development of industrial livestock production and related food chains. At the same time, millions of rural residents continue to keep animals within the limits of traditional production systems that helps to ensure livelihoods and food security of the state, which to a large extent is inherent in the modern Ukrainian village. Analysis of recent research and publications. Today, many researchers pay attention to urgent issues of the technology of production and use of feeds, their classification by the origin, nutritional value and significance, nomenclature, identification, and biochemical state. Special attention is paid to the nature of nutrients and biologically active substances in numerous fundamental works of domestic scientists in the field of feed production, feeding of farm animals and poultry [0, 0]. The problems of practical production and use of feed protein for farm animals are examined in the papers of foreign scientists [0-0]. The purpose of this study is to highlight the conceptual approaches to the strategy of innovation development of Ukraine's feed production under current conditions of formation of the world agro-industrial production. Research results. The strategy of the agrarian sector development in the Ukrainian economy by 2025 emphasizes the growing role of scientific support of innovative development, formation of partnership relations between modern agribusiness, the state and branch science in the field of seed production development, breeding and pedigree stock-breeding, technical and technological support of the agrarian sector [ 8]. In particular, in 2025, it is forecasted to produce 16.1 million tons of milk, 3.9 million tons of meat in slaughter mass and 20.9 billion eggs, which will contribute to the food security of Ukraine. It is expected that 1 ton of high quality feed should provide production of 1 ton of milk, 0.13 tons of cattle meat, 0.3 tons of pig meat, 0.45 tons of poultry meat, and 5.5 thousand eggs. Only under such conditions,...
