There was a change in the implementation of education policies in the emergency period of the spread of the covid-19 virus, the learning process was carried out from home online using various learning resources. This condition triggers the emergence of behavioural problems and student competence in Indonesia. One of the distance learning media that was carried out during the pandemic was using the Learning Management System (LMS). Not only that, a policy evaluation needs to be carried out to evaluate the distance learning system that has been implemented in universities. This is because technology-based distance learning requires a different approach in terms of planning, implementation and evaluation. To increase the effectiveness of learning can use the assessment for learning (AfL) model. The learning process is also expected to be in accordance with learning that directs to have a computational thinking approach which is much needed considering that problem-solving skills are needed in solving everyday problems. Based on the results of data analysis with the 4D development model (define, design, develop, and disseminate), a learning management system based on assessment for learning to improve computational thinking abilities got an average score of 85.2, which means it can be implemented well.
Criminality is all forms of action and conduct that violate the law as well social and religious norms that are detrimental to the society both economically and psychologically. The emergence of verious crime forms with new dimension recently shows that the criminality is always developing. In the effort to reduce the increase of the crime rate, a crime action prediction system is needed to anticipate the future. In this research a crime rate prediction system based in the types of criminal action using Triple Exponential Smoothing (TES) method has been developed, and the prediction accuracy of the system is measured by using Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) method with a case study on Resort Police of Kabupaten Probolinggo, East Jawa. From the conducted test, obtained results MAPE score of theft by weighting (Curat) type is 7% or Very Accurate prediction criterion. MAPE score for crime action type Others, motor vehicle theft (Curanmor), Destruction, and Fraud are 9.8%, 14.4%, 13.6%, and 16%, or Good prediction criterion. For crime action type Beatings, violent theft (Curas), severe persecution (Anirat), Murder, and Thief each one has MAPE score 23.2%, 31.2%, 21.2%, 33.2%, and 50%, or Reasonable prediction criterion, while MAPE score for Animal Theft is 92% or Inaccurate prediction criterion. In general, the criminality rate prediction system using TES method that has been developed for the case study on Resort Police of Kabupaten Probolinggo obtains MAPE score 28,3% or Reasonable prediction criterion.
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a community development program managed by PT. Otsuka Indonesia, one of which is form a hydroponic farmer community. In the activity of fostering hydroponic farmers there are several problems, namely the process of plant nursery, seeding, and harvesting are still carried out conventionally, while the assisted farmers do not have much time to supervise because they have a core job. Based on these problems, this study will focus on solving the problem of hydroponic plant supervision that can be known directly by farmers and also from the CSR of PT. Otsuka Indonesia. In completing the research, the steps carried out were based on the CRISP-DM (Cross Industry Standard Process for Data Mining) methodology. The factors used in solving the problem are the type of hydroponic plants, the acidity of the soil, the intensity of sunlight, the ambient temperature of the hydroponic plants, the water level and periodic reporting as needed in the form of a Smart Ecosystem. For this reason, it is necessary to build a device from an Arduino microcontroller based on IoT so that supervision of the hydroponic planting process can be done without having to be in hydroponic land and get reports every period of the development of hydroponic plants in the application. By using this device, it is hoped that many hydroponic farmers will use it so that during the hydroponic vegetable production process it can be in accordance with the old standards of the nursery until it is worth selling.
