Terminal Klari that located in Kabupaten Karawang has a function as a temporary stop place for public vehicles to raise and lower passengers. PO Bus with Klari ABSTRAKTerminal Klari yang berlokasi di Kabupaten Karawang memiliki fungsi sebagai tempat pemberhentian sementara bagi kendaraan umum untuk menaikkan dan menurunkan penumpang. Perusahaan Otobus (PO) Bus di Terminal Klari dengan rute Klari -Purwokerto adalah bagian yang diteliti. Banyaknya PO Bus pada rute ini menyebabkan loyalitas penumpang menurun. Pengamatan dilakukan terhadap 6 PO Bus rute Klari -Purwokerto dengan 6 atribut yang meliputi harga, pelayanan, fasilitas, kemudahan mendapatkan informasi, kemudahan mendapatkan tiket, dan waktu tempuh. Adapun metode yang digunakan adalah teknik rantai markov, game theory, dan short route model. Tujuan dari penelitian ini, yaitu untuk menentukan strategi bersaing berdasarkan analisis peralihan pemilihan merek bus (brand switching) oleh penumpang bus dengan rute Klari -Purwokerto. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data dengan menggunakan metode rantai markov diperoleh bahwa pangsa pasar mencapai steady state pada periode ke-11 dengan hasil sebesar 16.09% untuk Dedy Jaya, 29.35% untuk Murni Jaya, 25.13% untuk Sinar Jaya, 7.97% untuk Pahala Kencana, 10.69% untuk DMI, dan 10.77% untuk Dieng Indah. Sedangkan untuk metode game theory, dari hasil permainan terdapat beberapa alternatif strategi untuk Bus DMI, seperti memperbaiki sarana promosi maupun komunikasi agar penumpang bisa mendapatkan informasi dengan mudah mengenai Bus DMI. Alternatif rute yang ditawarkan dengan short route models adalah Terminal Klari -Tol Kranci/PejaganBumi Ayu -Purwokerto, dengan total jarak 304 km.
The development of the inventory model started when Harris introduced the classic inventory model. It was firstly published by Wilson using the optimization method. He derived a mathematical equation model to obtain economic order quantities. Later, this model is known as the classic Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) or Wilson Model. The classic inventory EOQ model has some limitations. The model assumed that order items do not have physical changes during a planning period. This assumption becomes the weakness of the classical EOQ inventory model. Many items have material changes during a planning period, such as amelioration, deterioration, and growth. This research proposed a new mathematical model. The model relaxes three implicit assumptions of the classical EOQ: (1) the ordered items do not grow; (2) unlimited capacity; and (3) unlimited budget. A solution procedure to solve the model was developed and illustrated with a numerical example. A numerical example was performed to compare the result between the reference model and the new model. The number of ordered items per cycle time increased by 7%, and cycle time increased by 28%. It increased because the proposed model tends to choose large purchased quantities to get a cheap price. It caused the number of ordered items per cycle time to be larger and the cycle time to be smaller than the reference model. This research also provided sensitivity analysis. It showed the response of decision variables to some changes in input parameters.
CV. Faresti Prima which is a company engaged in machining, automatic part, dies, and jigs. Union Pipe Unit is part of the research because it has problems in the assignment that is still manual. Data collection is done on unit union pipe with average work per day. The problem is found in the union pipe unit with the manual assignment. Observations made on 4 people for cutting pipes, chamfering, stamping, and packing. Results of observations then performed data processing using Hungarian method, so that the optimum unit is generated per hour as much as 8.125. Furthermore, data processing was performed using PERT method with the result stated that the optimum working order was A-B-C-D-E with total processing time for 5,000 units for 16.5 hours. The last data processing using CPM method can be seen that the acceleration time as much as 8 hours from the initial time is 16.5 hours with the total crash cost of 4,000,000 IDR from the allocated fund of 4,225,000 IDR. From some data processing, it can be seen that there is an optimization in the assignment and network work. Therefore, in accordance with the existing theories and objectives of this research, namely to optimize the existing human resources for the work done equally and minimize the losses due to unemployed use of these methods can be used as a reference in the making of the schedule, so as to facilitate the course of the project to know the delay in every process.
