Abstract. Purpose: study daily dynamic of indicators of girl-students' blood micro-circulation. Material: 340 girls of 17-19 years old age were examined. The method of laser Doppler's flow metering was used. Results: The state of tissue blood circulation was determined. Character of micro-circulation's changes under influence of daily bio-rhythms was detected. In first half of day tension of mechanisms of micro-circulation's regulation takes place. Partially it reduces by 4 p.m. at the account of strengthening of metabolic components of vasomotor rhythm. In evening period there is observed compensatory increasing of breathing and pulse modulations. It is connected with weakening of sympathetic and strengthening of parasympathetic impacts on tissue blood circulation. Also we registered changes in correlation of rhythmic components of tissue blood circulation's oscillations at the accounts of weakening of vasomotor rhythm. It witnesses about tension of regulatory mechanisms. Conclusions: it is recommended to use the received data as normative indicators of laser Doppler's flow metering when studying pathological processes.
The article is devoted to the issues of using information-communication technologies for monitoring the physical health of students, which will enable them to be more successful, adaptable to the environment and current social changes in the future. The study included determining the level of somatic health by the method of G. L. Apanasenko. The rapid assessment had a fairly wide range of individual indicators of overall health, as well as cardiovascular and respiratory system functionality. The analysis of the conducted studies clearly indicates the need for constant monitoring of the indicators of physical development and somatic health of students throughout the study period. In order to objectively evaluate somatic health and to track it in dynamics, the students proposed the information and communication technology "Health Portfolio" developed by the authors. The implementation of such monitoring model and information program provides an automated assessment of the functionality of the human body and is accurate, informative and physiologically sound. Due to the increase in the amount of all kinds of information, as a pledge of future professional success of modern students, there is a problem of motivation of healthy lifestyle and involvement of students in independent motor activity.
A new species of ground spider, Parasyrisca golyakovi sp. n. is described based on female from the Altai Mountains. A previously unknown female of P. ulykpani Ovtsharenko, Platnick & Marusik, 1995 is described for the first time.
The purpose of the study was to investigate the adaptive capacity of the blood microcirculation system in children of primary school age for a functional test with heating. The article deals with the study of the blood microcirculation system in primary school children by laser Doppler flowmetry and the study of the reserve capacity of tissue blood flow in children on a test with increasing temperature factor. Materials and methods. The research was conducted on the basis of the laboratory of physiological research of the Department of Anatomy and Physiology of People and Animals of Bohdan Khmelnytsky Melitopol State Pedagogical University. The surveyed contingent consisted of 80 practically healthy children aged 6 to 9 years old, secondary school students in Melitopol. Based on a comprehensive morphofunctional study, we obtained data on individual-typological features of blood microcirculation in primary school children and the reserve capacity of tissue blood flow using functional tests. It is established that the adaptive features of the blood microcirculation system in boys and girls of early school age are due to different levels of local and central mechanisms of microvessel regulation. Results and discussion. The results obtained during the thermal test indicate different levels of reactivity of the body to increasing the temperature factor and the neurogenic vasoconstrictor effects of the sympathetic nervous system on the vessels of the arteriolar part of the microcirculatory tract. The reaction to the thermal test directly depends on the individual-typological features of blood microcirculation. Conclusion. At a ratio of reaction to thermal influence in children with various types of microcirculation, the maximum increase in tissue perfusion was observed in children with type III of laser Doppler flowgram. This level of microvascular reactivity, as well as the relatively rapid recovery of blood flow after thermal hyperemia is explained by the fact that children with hyperemic type of microcirculation have increased microvascular tone due to neurogenic effects of the sympathetic chain of tissue blood flow regulation. Children with the hypoemic type of microcirculation, on the other hand, have a somewhat reduced sympathetic tone relative to the normoemic type, as a result of which the reserve of capillary blood flow is reduced and the time of blood flow recovery after thermal exposure is prolonged
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
