Intensification of the educational process of a higher educational institution by tools of interactive technologies (IT) is studied in terms of efficiency of distance learning platforms. A good deal more IT tools are integrated into the educational process than platforms, the main function of which is the exchange of materials, task supervision, registration of activity and attendance. Within the scope of on the survey and data analysis of the Moodle platform for the period from September to January 2019 (230 students and 8 educators of Ivan Franko National University of Lviv from the following faculties have been involved, namely: economic, financial and business management, international relations of the 2nd year of study). The scale of intensification of the educational process due to the integration of different types of IT has been estimated. The analysis of users’ activities of the distance learning platform has been carried out. An improvement of the communication level, self-monitoring, assessment, reducing time for preparation of materials, as well as increasing the efficiency of tasks’ performance has been revealed. Increasing the level of attendance and increasing the level of control and responsibility are the most common manifestations of the intensification of the educational process. The reduction in the time for obtaining and searching for materials and saving in the time for preparing materials by educators has been recorded. As a result, there was a significant reduction of time for the course’s organization. The educators have given higher assessment of the intensification of the educational process in terms of using IT tools compared to students’ assessment. However, students’ assessments of the processing of materials and tasks’ performance are higher compared to the assessments of educators; it characterizes a certain level of subjectivity of students in assessing their own educational activities. The results obtained can be used to theorize the experience of using IT in the organization of the educational process of higher educational institutions, as well as for further experimental research in this area in order to reveal effective models of “teacher / student” interaction and search for effective ways to intensify the educational process of higher educational institutions in the paradigm of introducing distance education in the realities of the Covid-19 pandemic.

Однією з основних ознак сучасної освіти є її розвиток на основі інновацій. Сьогодні більшість учених здійснюють творчий пошук інноваційних методів навчання, що забезпечать ефективність ораторської діяльності викладача, продуктивну взаємодію з аудиторією, оригінальність і цікавість навчальних занять, дадуть змогу досягнути ґрунтовних результатів навчання за короткий проміжок часу. Інноваційні методи навчання сприяють інтенсифікації та оптимізації освітнього процесу, стимулюють активність слухачів (курсантів, студентів), спонукають їх до творчого пошуку, формують активний пізнавальний інтерес, сприяють розвитку творчого мислення. У статті проведено аналіз інноваційних методів навчання, що використо- вуються науково-педагогічними працівниками в освітньому процесі й запропоно- вано до розгляду методи, що застосовуються авторами статті в ораторській діяльності під час викладання психологічних і педагогічних дисциплін у вищому військовому навчальному закладі. Вони покликані зробити навчальні заняття цікавішими, викликати допитливість в аудиторії, занурити її в конструктивне комунікативне середовище, що забезпечує розвиток soft skills, показати різнома- нітність та оригінальність підходів викладача, створити ситуації позитивного очікування для слухачів (курсантів, студентів), інформаційне особистісно орієнтоване навчальне середовище, творчу атмосферу, навчання, в основі якого лежать інтерес, переконання, установка як вищі мотиви. Більшість із них дають змогу здійснювати контроль та оцінювання знань і навчальних досягнень слуха- чів (курсантів, студентів), перевірку рівня розуміння й засвоєння навчального контенту, перетворити його з нудних традиційних опитувань у цікаву пізна- вальну гру. Запропоновані та описані нами методи (публічний виступ, метод запитань, термінологічний диктант, експрес-опитування, складання плану відповіді, прес- конференція, інтерв’ю, есе за книгою, кросворд, квест, тестування, орієнтоване на практику, метод само та взаємоконтролю) не лише урізноманітнюють освітній процес, а й збагачують самого викладача.

The problem of psychomotor development of a personality belongs to the category of those problems, that do not become relevant with time; nevertheless, these simply do not lose their relevance. Physical training at the military lyceum should be directed towards the development of professionally important psychomotor abilities of the students. Two series of a psychological experiments were conducted. Indicators of sensorimotor response of the investigated sample and the level of development of locomotor agility in the conditions of temporary and alternative uncertainty were established. The study used two patented devices "DIAGNOST-1 M" and a device for investigating human behaviour under stochastic conditions. The collected and analysed data were used to support the quantitative design adopted for this study. The study revealed that teenagers who attend only physical education classes at school and do not have sufficient physical activity, compared to their more active peers, cadets, are not as fast in the decision-making process, particularly in their reaction to the choice of a moving object. A high level of energy potential is the key to effective psychomotor actions in times of temporary and alternative uncertainty. Conditions of temporal and alternative uncertainty increase the effectiveness of the psychomotor actions of the students. We have shown that physical education classes, conducted in the aesthetic atmosphere of harmony, symmetry, rhythm, at the military lyceum enable the students to better develop their ability to overcome conditions of temporary and alternative uncertainty. Success in solving psychomotor problems depends on the anticorruption, sensory-perceptual and intellectual sphere of the students.

The relevance of this work is in the fact that when identifying professional maladaptation and the systemic nature of the “emotional burnout” syndrome manifestations, actions must be developed for their prevention. Otherwise, there will be manifestations of young doctors' professional deformation, depersonalization phenomena, and a deterioration in the quality of life. All this can lead to the risk of outflow of young personnel from the profession. The reform of the medical personnel training system in Ukraine is underway: the time of internship training in a clinic is increasing, and the time for department training is decreasing. The first encounter of the internship doctor with practical activities leads to a number of stresses for them. Signs of professional maladaptation appear. This leads to the emergence of the “burnout” syndrome. All these factors may result in the outflow of young personnel from the profession. A study of the first-year interns' group (n=181) was conducted. A significant degree of emotional burnout symptoms development and a significant level of professional maladaptation manifestations were revealed. It is proposed to integrate mandatory courses for professional development of the personality with the formation of competencies for adaptation, prevention of emotional burnout, self-regulation of psycho-emotional states into the system of an internship doctors training.

В статті досліджено особливості протікання психічних станів військовослужбовців-учасників бойових дій, які переживають фантомну біль. Охарактеризовано наслідки перебування військовослужбовця в бойових умовах. Розкрито проблеми, з якими зіштовхуються учасники бойових дій після повернення із зони ведення бойових дій. Сформовано дві групи досліджуваних осіб. До першої увійшли пацієнти, які отримали поранення в під час ведення антитерористичної операції без ампутації кінцівок. Другу склали поранені з травматичними ампутаціями кінцівок. З'ясовано, що психічний стан військовослужбовця, який переніс травматичну ампутацію кінцівки ототожнюється зі станом гострого горя. Факт ампутації переживається як важка особиста трагедія, що має величезний руйнівний сенс. Ампутація призводить до краху всіх життєвих перспектив і планів військовослужбовця, що проявляється у переоцінці власного «Я», істотному зниженні рівня домагань, необхідності пошуку соціальної ніші й часто у втраті сенсу життя. Характерними для стану поранених обох груп є високі показники реактивної тривожності. Встановлено типові механізми психологічного захисту, спрямованого, на усунення тривоги. Основними варіантами психологічного захисту для поранених військовослужбовців є агресія, раціоналізація, регрес в інфантильній фазі з властивими їй імпунітивним способом реагування. Окреслено ключові напрями психотерапії в роботі з військовослужбовцями, наведено приклади прийомів дзеркальної терапії для подолання фантомних болів. Показано ефективність дзеркальної терапії для військовослужбовця з ампутованою кінцівкою завдяки зоровому зворотному зв'язку. Staying in the zone of ATO is an extreme situation, when a person constantly experiences strong stress and overcomes it by means of his volitional efforts. It has a very negative effect on mental health-almost all the combatants in Ukraine inevitably undergo some changes in physical and mental health. The statistics show that every fifth serviceman, who has no physical damage, and every third injured and mutilated serviceman suffers from neuropsychiatric disorders. Other consequences, such as psychosomatic illness, start in a few months after returning to the normal life. According to the experts from the Military Medical Academy, the combatants (in comparison with healthy people) have a two to three times higher probability of diseases such as hypertension, gastritis, peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum ("The actual problems of the psyhologіcal help, socіal and medicopsyhologіcal rehabіlіtatiom of the partakers of ATO", 2016; Os`odlo & Khmiliar, 2012). They may also experience weakness, dizziness, decreased ability to work, headaches, pain in the heart, sexual disorders, insomnia, phobias, fears, etc. phase with the inherent impunitive response.
