The article presents the results of the research on the preconditions for the development of family farms in Ukraine. In addition, the concepts of small-scale commodity production, farms, households, personal peasant households and family farms are clarified. The analysis of the results of activities of small-scale agricultural producers in Ukraine is made, as well as the factors influencing the creation and operation of family farms are identified.
The article establishes the specifics of the activities of farms as one of the forms of management in the agricultural sector of the economy. It has been determined that the main forms of financial support for farms are budget financing, lending and self-financing. The issues of finding the optimal combination of various sources of financial support and determining the effectiveness of state financial support are relevant and need to be addressed. The role of state financial support, as well as its place in the system of financial support for the activities of farms, are defined in the article. The types and directions of state financial support for farms in Ukraine, as well as existing financial support programs, were studied. The analysis of the volume of state financial support for farms for the period 2018-2021 was carried out and the impact on the dynamics of development of farms of various types was determined. The main problems of obtaining and using state financial support are identified. The necessity of taking into account indicators of the effectiveness of the use of funds and achieving the established goals of providing state support funds when making a decision on the formation of support programs and mechanisms for distributing funds is substantiated. State financial support for farms is carried out by stimulating the increase in the volume of agricultural products with high added value; development of existing credit and financial mechanisms and introduction of new financial instruments; creation of favorable conditions for effective activity; involvement of youth in agriculture. The article substantiates that the main areas of state financial support for farms in Ukraine are: encouraging the creation of new farms and strengthening the competitiveness of existing farms; stimulating the development of agricultural service cooperatives; stimulating the transition of farms to the creation of organic products (raw materials); stimulation of primary processing and processing of products grown by farms; support for the development of animal husbandry in farms; technical and technological renewal of farms and agricultural cooperatives.
Bio economics can use a range of raw materials and use various processes to transform these raw materials into a wide range of different products. Examples of a wide range of commodities, products and processes are given. The present study focuses on developed countries to propose some marketing actions that could help in reducing food waste. The main contribution of this study is the proposal of marketing actions that help in tacking food waste, as one of the main perspective approaches in bioeconomy. The benefits of vegetable and fruit processing in the context of bio economics are generalized. Based on the analysis, a model of waste-free technologies was developed. Considering the advantages of applying the principle of non-waste production, the author's technology of integrated processing of vegetables was developed, taking into account the improvement of existing methods. The main advantages of the proposed method of non-waste processing of vegetables directed to the sustainable consumption identified in the areas: social, economic and natural.
Dairy cattle breeding is the leading animal husbandry sector that takes an essential share in the structure of gross agricultural output, provides access to nutritious food, and secures the continuous flow of funds for economic entities throughout a year. Meanwhile, a stable trend towards the reduction of cow number at agricultural enterprises and households, reduction of milk production and processing, and growing counterfeiting of dairy products has been observed lately. Therefore, the population tends to consume less milk and dairy products. Thus, there is a need to conduct research to determine the factors impacting the regional milk and dairy products market and the perspectives of its further development. The paper aims to determine the perspectives for further development of the regional milk and dairy products market. It stipulates the need to solve the following tasks: to analyze the production and sales of milk by agricultural enterprises and households and production and sales of dairy products; to determine the factors impacting the regional milk and dairy products market; to determine the ways for further development of the regional milk and dairy products market in Sumska oblast. The paper examines the actual condition of the milk and dairy products market in Sumska oblast. In particular, the production and sales of milk by agricultural enterprises and households and production and sales of dairy products are analyzed; the factors impacting the regional milk and dairy products market are determined; the perspectives for further development of the regional milk and dairy products market in Sumska oblast are suggested.
У статті проведено аналіз суб’єктів ринку органічної сільськогосподарської продукції в Україні. Зокрема визначено основні форми господарювання в аграрному секторі, проаналізовано наявні форми господарювання при виробництві та збуті органічної продукції, визначено пріоритетні напрями спеціалізації виробників органічної продукції, враховуючи їхні організаційно-правові форми господарювання.
