The purpose of this article is to identify in Ukraine promising directions of the innovative component of bioeconomy that will contribute to the development of the environmental management. The commonly used definitions of the term bioeconomy are described, the main directions of bioeconomy are considered. It is determined that the main problem of bioeconomy development is its identification with biotechnology. The main problems which are solved with the help of innovative bioeconomy are investigated. The main factors determining the activation of bioeconomy development and a variety of innovative biotechnologies, which contributes to the development of the environmental management, as well as key factors of bioeconomy development, are substantiated. The main recommendations for forming the bioeconomic environment in Ukraine and the prospects for the development of the innovative component of bioeconomy on the domestic market are outlined.
Purpose. The purpose of the paper is to present the results of the study of agricultural trade in China based on the theory of factor endowment and to develop a policy recommendation for the intensification of agricultural trade based on technological progress. Methodology / approach. This paper uses the methods of economic theory and comparative analysis to study the development of agricultural products trade in China; analysis the advantages of developing agricultural products trade in China by using comparative advantage theory; and econometric analysis to study the relationship between volume of agrarian trade and agricultural labor force, capital and land resources. Results. This paper uses time series data to analyze the three elements of capital, labor and land, and the development of agricultural trade in China. According to the established data model, it is obviously that China’s agricultural production of land factor endowment constraints are obvious, labor factor endowment is abundant but also facing the problem of increasing costs, labor personnel gradually decline. In this case, technological progress is more critical to the cultivation and maintenance of comparative advantage of agricultural products. The government should guide the direction of technological changes, technical support, capital support (material capital and human capital); and promote the rapid development of China’s agricultural trade. Originality / scientific novelty. Author’s developed econometric model is very useful in empirical assessment for the China agricultural products trade development, and it also provides new decisions for China to develop agricultural trade. Accordingly, the proposed method can provide an answer to the question of how to develop traditional agriculture in the context of rapid economic changes, and put forward more practical countermeasures. Practical value / significance. The main proposals can be used by the Government of China to formulate better agricultural trade policies and achieve rapid economic growth and increasing farmer incomes.
The article establishes the specifics of the activities of farms as one of the forms of management in the agricultural sector of the economy. It has been determined that the main forms of financial support for farms are budget financing, lending and self-financing. The issues of finding the optimal combination of various sources of financial support and determining the effectiveness of state financial support are relevant and need to be addressed. The role of state financial support, as well as its place in the system of financial support for the activities of farms, are defined in the article. The types and directions of state financial support for farms in Ukraine, as well as existing financial support programs, were studied. The analysis of the volume of state financial support for farms for the period 2018-2021 was carried out and the impact on the dynamics of development of farms of various types was determined. The main problems of obtaining and using state financial support are identified. The necessity of taking into account indicators of the effectiveness of the use of funds and achieving the established goals of providing state support funds when making a decision on the formation of support programs and mechanisms for distributing funds is substantiated. State financial support for farms is carried out by stimulating the increase in the volume of agricultural products with high added value; development of existing credit and financial mechanisms and introduction of new financial instruments; creation of favorable conditions for effective activity; involvement of youth in agriculture. The article substantiates that the main areas of state financial support for farms in Ukraine are: encouraging the creation of new farms and strengthening the competitiveness of existing farms; stimulating the development of agricultural service cooperatives; stimulating the transition of farms to the creation of organic products (raw materials); stimulation of primary processing and processing of products grown by farms; support for the development of animal husbandry in farms; technical and technological renewal of farms and agricultural cooperatives.
The purpose of the study is to effectively ensure and improve the marketing management of small businesses and to substantiate a methodical approach to the choice of strategies in the formation of commodity, price and product distribution policies in enterprises. The following general and applied research methods were used in the research process: analysis and synthesis, deduction and induction were used to determine the economic and marketing factors affecting the functioning of small businesses; systematization and generalization to calculate the performance of marketing department at small business enterprises; expert assessments — in determining the factors of influence on the internal and external environment of a small enterprise; monographic methods — for in-depth study of tasks; abstract-logical methods — for theoretical generalization of research results and formulation of conclusions and proposals.The aim of the study is to analyze the situation with the organization of small business and the peculiarities of its doing. In order to improve the economic and marketing mechanisms of functioning of small businesses, a methodology for creating conditions for effective business activities of business entities, overcoming difficulties and solving problems related to lack of knowledge and experience of doing business, providing opportunities to obtain loans and necessary information, contributing to job creation, overcoming disparities in regional economic development, increasing export opportunities for small businesses, increasing production and its restructuring, to facilitate access of small businesses to modern innovative technologies, improvement of marketing and creating marketing department in the company, the definition of the main functions of the functioning of this structure. Certain scientific developments concerning the substantiation of economic and marketing aspects of the functioning of small enterprises can be used for further scientific developments in this area, as well as in the practical activity of enterprises to evaluate their innovative, financial, marketing potential and formulate development strategies.
Bio economics can use a range of raw materials and use various processes to transform these raw materials into a wide range of different products. Examples of a wide range of commodities, products and processes are given. The present study focuses on developed countries to propose some marketing actions that could help in reducing food waste. The main contribution of this study is the proposal of marketing actions that help in tacking food waste, as one of the main perspective approaches in bioeconomy. The benefits of vegetable and fruit processing in the context of bio economics are generalized. Based on the analysis, a model of waste-free technologies was developed. Considering the advantages of applying the principle of non-waste production, the author's technology of integrated processing of vegetables was developed, taking into account the improvement of existing methods. The main advantages of the proposed method of non-waste processing of vegetables directed to the sustainable consumption identified in the areas: social, economic and natural.
