The article is aimed at disclosing the features and types of managerial decision-making, depending on the tasks assigned to office managers. It is defined that the office manager is the main element of interaction between the management and the entire office team as a whole, which belongs to the tactical level of management. As a result of the study, various functional responsibilities of a professional administrator are disclosed, where the main ones include operational management and ensuring the activities of managerial personnel of an organization. It is substantiated that the main functions of an office manager, on which about 70% of the successful work of the office depends, are the managerial, administrative, economic and control functions. It is determined that the office manager constantly makes managerial decisions, which is an intervention in the problem, or in the situation, in order to solve them, and also develops forecasts for the successful development of the organization in the future. The stages of managerial decision-making are considered, namely: identification of problems in management, development of stages of decision planning and implementation of the decision. The concept of intuitive decision, which is made on the basis of a person’s feeling that his/her choice is correct, has been defined. Prospects for further research in this direction are to identify problems in management that can be identified during the «informal exchange of information and intuitively». It is noted that the important tasks at the office are documentary support of management, since for decision-making it is necessary to perform a large amount of office work of the same type. Further consideration of the classification of managerial tasks in the office according to the degree of intelligence, complexity and classification of employees of the organization in accordance with the tasks performed will make it possible to quickly respond to changes in the reaction of the enterprise in a particular situation and develop plans and tasks for making an effective managerial decision for the future strategic development of the enterprise
In the course of the research, analytical and bibliographic method was employed to study the scientific literature on the influence of the social environment on the process of personality formation. The questionnaire survey conducted by the authors of the study online served to clarify the most important issues related to the research topic in practice. According to the results of the study, the main important theoretical components of the process of influence of the social environment on the formation of personality have been identified. The point of view of practical psychologists and researchers-teachers of humanities universities on the key aspects of this issue has been investigated.
The article lists the normative documents regarding the qualification characteristics of the professions of railway transport workers, starting from 1999, which have lost their validity, until 2016, where we are talking about the Order of the Ministry of Infrastructure No. 181 dated 05/20/2016, which is currently a guide to the qualification characteristics of the professions employees, Issue 66 Railway transport and metro, part 1 "Managers, professionals, specialists and technical employees", agreed with the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy of Ukraine. The composition of this order and the specifics of the job duties of employees depending on the specific conditions and situations of today in comparison with the established qualification characteristics of the professions are revealed. The organizational structure of locomotive depot production management and the main functions of depot management are considered, namely: operative management of operation and repair of locomotives, technical management of production, quality control of work and products, technical and economic planning, financing and accounting, repair and energy maintenance of equipment, material – technical support, personnel management, administrative and economic services, etc. The functional responsibilities of the depot chief, chief engineer, deputy depot chief for operation, depot duty officer, and locomotive depot foreman are given. Operational management of the operation of locomotives, which is headed by the deputy head of the depot for operation, is considered, the drivers are subordinate to him – instructors, and the locomotive crews are subordinate to him, and the apparatus of duty officers at the depot, who have orderlies, operators and technicians under their command. Operational management of locomotive repair is also considered, which is entrusted to the deputy head of the repair depot, to whom senior foremen and foremen of repair stations and departments are subordinate. It was determined that for successful production and educational work, the manager needs to accurately fulfill his functional duties, skillfully use his rights and clearly imagine his responsibility for the work performed.
Стаття присвячена актуальним питанням визначення подальшого розвитку зовнішньоекономічної діяльності України, а саме експорту товарів та послуг, аналізуючи їх стан за 2012-2020 рр. та 1 півріччя 2021 року. Розглянуто показники експорту України до ЄС за 1 півріччя 2021 року та окреслені причини результатів. Визначені країни-лідери споживання експорту України, а саме: Китай, Польща та Туреччина, де експорт зріс по відношенню до 2020 року. Наведені структура експорту товарів та послуг України за 1 півріччя 2021 року та структура експорту товарів та послуг до країн ЄС. Розглянуто перелік товарів за 1 півріччя 2021 року, що експортується з України по відношенню до того ж періоду 2020 року та фактори його збільшення. Наведені показники ТОП-15 найбільших країн-партнерів в експорті послуг з України та ТОП-15 найбільших країн-партнерів в експорті товарів з України. Визначені фактори, що можуть посприяти відновленню зовнішньої торгівлі України для подальшої співпраці її з зарубіжними партнерами.
