The purpose of the article is to theoretically substantiate, develop and test the author's program of professionally applied physical training of students of technical specialties in order to increase the efficiency of the process of physical training of specialists in accordance with modern production requirements. Based on the purpose of the study, the following tasks have been formulated: to identify the professionally applied features of physical training of specialists in the field of agricultural engineering, to develop a method of professionally applied physical training for junior specialists and to experimentally test the effectiveness of its use in the process of physical education of students. The following research methods were used to accomplish these tasks: methods of theoretical analysis and generalization of data of scientific and methodological literature, pedagogical observations, physical fitness test, pedagogical experiment, methods of mathematical statistics. Participants. The study involved the students of specialty 208 Agroengineering of the Kropyvnytskyi College of Mechanization of Agriculture, from which experimental (n=23) and control (n=21) groups of young people of 16-17 years old, belonging to the main health group, were formed. The main results of the study were: determination of professionally important physical qualities of agricultural engineers, experimental verification of the effectiveness of the author's program of complex development of professionally important physical qualities in future specialists of technical profile; a significant increase in the results of testing on the special fitness of the boys of the experimental group. Conclusions: the conducted research showed that the experimental program of special physical training of students of specialty agricultural engineering, the content of educational material of which corresponds to the peculiarities of future professional activity, provides the development of physical professionally important qualities and allows to make the choice of adequate forms, methods, tools aimed at achieving full professional potential of future specialists.
The article theoretically and experimentally substantiates the hygienic value of nutrition during health shaping classes aimed at normalizing body weight in the studied persons. The main goal of the proposed method was to normalize the weight of female students, strengthen their health, increase interest and involve female students in regular physical education and health classes through the use of shaping tools. The need to make certain corrections in the diet of female students, considering the physiological needs of their bodies, observing the hygienic requirements for the rational nutrition of the subjects, was established. An own version of the correction of the actual diet of the researched subjects is given, using the example of the daily diet of female students, taking into account the identified shortcomings. A comparative analysis of the anthropometric indicators of the studied female students was carried out. The anthropometric research data obtained at the beginning of the experiment, namely the determination and analysis of body weight, body mass index, waist-thigh index, abdominal circumference, body fat content by body mass index level, revealed the presence of excess body weight in the studied female students. The analysis of the data obtained in the course of scientific research made it possible to draw the following conclusions. Deficiencies in the nutrition of the studied girls were revealed. The need to make certain corrections in the diet of female students, considering the physiological needs of their bodies, observing the hygienic requirements for the rational nutrition of the subjects, was established. An own version of the correction of the actual diet of the researched subjects is presented, using the example of the daily diet of female students, considering the identified shortcomings. The effectiveness of the use of shaping classes with the observance of nutritional correction of female students who have excess body weight has been confirmed experimentally, which was manifested in positive dynamics in the anthropometric indicators of girls. We observe positive changes in indicators: body weight; total thickness of subcutaneous fat folds; body fat content according to body mass index.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
