The article considers the content of the industrial management principles at the enterprise. The main principles of the production operation of modern industrial enterprises include objectivity, consistency, and scientific validation. The authors have supplemented the existing system of principles of rational production operation by additional principles such as innovativeness, transparency, and integrity. The article reflects tendencies and problems of formation and implementation of the innovative principle in industrial management at modern enterprises of various forms of ownership and economy sectors in the Russian Federation. The authors systematize management technologies to ensure the principle of transparency of production operation, and develop the mechanism to implement the principle of integrity of modern enterprises in the Russian Federation involved in the consumer goods production through the formation of a coalition loyalty program, showing the economic efficiency of this kind of management technology for all its subjects.

The article presents the indicators of managing modern business sustainability, based on the relevant innovative factor of its conduct at the current stage of management evolution. The choice of indicators is based on the postulates of the school of management science, which are most significantly manifested in the system of economic relations, including the commercial sector of the economy, and, accordingly, such resulting and factor indicators as changes in income and expenses, direct (direct) and indirect - a given (indirect) ratio of income and profit to process costs for the development, implementation, and application of innovations by entrepreneurs for the implementation of commercial projects. These relationships between changes in income and expenses were plotted through a combination of their various types (additive, multiplicative, multiple), which help to identify the degree of influence of each factor indicator (element of process costs) on the resulting indicators and take measures to maximize the result and minimize such costs using the computational-constructive method in its interaction with individual elements of mathematical analysis. The material is useful for entrepreneurs regardless of their commercial interests and organizational mechanism of economic management, for educational and scientific institutions and their students in economic and management programs, specialties, and profiles.

Abstract. Education, especially higher education, no doubt, is one of the most important values in the modern world. To imagine the prospects of the nearest and medium-term development of the country, its share in the intellectual world `coin box`, you need to appreciate the state of functioning within it higher education system properly, to assess the impact of external and internal environment on its quality. The existent global changes make it necessary to construct a new model of the learning process, the creation of a qualitatively new education management system, the formation of a new university model that exists in an open information society. Reforming of higher school -is a priority in terms of national interests of Russia, without which it is impossible to create a competitive innovative economy based on knowledge in our country.

The article is devoted to the elaboration of approaches aimed to improve the system for strategic state regulation in the tourism industry. It has been established that promising areas for strategic state regulation can include the development of recreational and sanatorium-resort facilities, as well as the introduction of new research-intensive technologies of recreation, treatment, rehabilitation, services, professional training of personnel and measures to make the management of the recreational industry more efficient. The authors propose to direct recreational policy to the efforts to provide environmental security during the recreational development of an area and to determine certain zones of recreational areas with the detachment of developed, promising and reserve areas. It has been proven that strategic state regulation is based on strategic state planning, which can be understood as management corresponding to specified long-term goals and objectives set to develop the country as a whole and its separate regions from the socio-economic point of view.
