El rendimiento académico identifica los logros de aprendizajes necesarios en el proceso educativo y se ven influenciados por diversas características. Este estudio tuvo como propósito identificar la relación entre autoestima y rendimiento académico de los estudiantes de Enfermería. La investigación fue correlacional y transversal. Se utilizó el instrumento Inventario de autoestima de Coopersmith. Participaron 88 estudiantes de Enfermería de la Universidad Nacional Santiago Antúnez de Mayolo (UNASAM) Ancash- Perú. Se observó en los resultados que la mayoría de estudiantes obtuvieron niveles de autoestima alto y un rendimiento académico bajo. Además, se demostró que no existe estadísticamente una correlación significativa entre autoestima y rendimiento académico.
The study aimed to explain the influence of the alliance of knowledge of popular care and professional care in the promotion of infant health in a health institution located in northern Peru. An applied and explanatory study of quasi-experimental design was used with a sample of 40 mothers of children under 2 years of age. Information was collected on mothers' knowledge regarding the essential components of infant health promotion such as feeding, hygiene and early stimulation, between the months of October to December 2021. Subsequently, the alliance of popular knowledge of health promotion was applied with the practice of professional care in the mothers who made up the experimental group. The nonparametric Chi square test was used to contrast the study hypothesis.Finally, it was shown that the alliance of knowledge of popular care and professional care significantly influences the practices of feeding, hygiene and early stimulation that mothers have for their nursing children.
the research aimed to evaluate the achievement of research skills in students of the faculty of medical sciences of Peruvian public university from the implementation and application of the inverted classroom. To this end, 99 students of the 9th cycle of nursing and midwifery courses enrolled in the course of research methodology were used as a population, divided into an experimental group of 45 students of the nursing course in which the inverted classroom was implemented; And a control group with 54 midwifery students who received traditional teaching. Three measurements of competency achievement were performed in week 8, 12 and 16 of the semester. The moodle educational platform was used to implement and apply the inverted classroom. The results showed different average scores in the evaluation of the postest, of 1.32 points of the experimental group over the control group, as a result of the application of the inverted classroom as a strategy to improve learning of the research methodology. It was concluded that the application of the inverted classroom significantly improves the achievement of research skills related to the problem of the research project, the development of the theoretical framework and learning the methodology of th e research project.
