In the framework of this study, the essential features of the systematic approach application in the process of managing sustainable development by company’s human capital reproduction and intellectualization were identified. The characteristics of the system that are able to ensure its integrity, continuity of operation, adaptability and ability to self-study, self-organization are highlighted. The successive stages of individual human capital reproduction in the process of its circulation are determined. The key stages of company’s human capital reproduction with taking into account the factors of internal and external environment are singled out. Production volumes for industrial enterprises of Ukraine using the Cobb-Douglas function are predicted. Levels of company’s organizational behavior for the purpose of defining features of company’s human capital reproduction on each of them are allocated. The mechanism for managing sustainable development by human capital reproduction in the system of company’s organizational behavior is offered. A set of measures aimed at effective implementation of the proposed mechanism and intensification of the company through its human capital reproduction in the system of organizational behavior are developed.
With globalization accelerating in the world economy, managerial innovations and ways to ensure the intellectualization of the activities of modern enterprises and companies that are capable of ensuring their further holistic development comes first. The formation and implementation of an effective mechanism for holistic development management of an enterprise, taking into account the processes of intellectualization, enables it to achieve a decent level of competitiveness in all markets and take the available advantages of modern information technologies. The purpose of the article is to develop an effective mechanism for management the holistic development of the enterprise, taking into account the processes of intellectualization and socioeconomic factors of macro-and mega-levels. The methodological basis of the study is method of comparison, method of informal content analysis, graphical method and method of generalizing information obtained from available sources of information. The analysis of key indicators on the topic of the research identified the need to develop new approaches to the intensification of production and marketing activities, improving the quality of products and services, finding new markets and attracting investors to domestic enterprises. It was determined that the intellectualization of the enterprise should be based on the effective usage of information technology and intellectual resources (human capital). A new conceptual contribution is the proven interdependence between the process of intellectualization of enterprise activity and its holistic development. It is emphasized that the human resources management of the enterprise, as the main carrier of intellectualization of the enterprise`s activities, is predominantly strategic in nature, while financial management is mainly an operational function without which the implementation of other types of management is impossible. A mechanism for managing the holistic development of an enterprise, taking into account the processes of intellectualization and socioeconomic factors of macro-and megalevels, is proposed, which reflects the practical aspects of planning, implementation and control of quantitative and qualitative changes in its functioning. Introduction. Digitization of Ukrainian enterprises is a complex process that is closely interconnected with state and global transformations in the field of implementation of modern information and communication and intellectual technologies, and requires the formation of innovative human capital capable of fully realizing the benefits of digitized economic activity. Purpose. The purpose of the study is to conduct a systematic analysis of the digitalization indicators of Ukrainian enterprises. Method (methodology). During conducting systematic analysis of digitalization indicators of Ukrainian enterprises the method of comparison, the method of informal content analysis, the graphical method and the method of generalization of information obtained from available sources of information were applied. Results. The article provides systematic analysis of digitalization indicators of Ukrainian enterprises. Research of a number of international organizations and research institutions has been systematized in order to identify changes in the tendencies of introduction of modern information and communication technologies and formulation of conclusions on the rationality of their use by domestic enterprises on the basis of studying the experience of the leading countries in this field. It is established that the existing digital ecosystem of Ukraine needs improvement, especially in the field of enhancing the digital and innovative culture of existing human capital of enterprises and the formation of digital competences of a new era already in the future profession education. The integral index of digital competitiveness of the Ukrainian enterprises which has been calculated on the basis of studying of indicators of activity of the Ukrainian enterprises at introduction of information and communication technologies is offered. According to the calculations, the underutilization of the digital opportunities, provided by modern information and communication technologies, by enterprises is established. The necessity of further modernization of domestic productions and providing them with modern means of work, which are capable to provide increase of competitiveness of domestic business and promotion of more intensive intellectualization of human capital is detected. Suggestions on the need to develop effective management tools that can facilitate coordination between existing policies in the field of digitalization of Ukrainian enterprises, stimulate domestic enterprises for active digital transformations and creating products with new consumer properties, ensure the formation of flexible ecosystems that can provide intellectualization of human capital of domestic enterprises in accordance with the requirements of the global business environment are made.
