This study aims to determine the effect of agricultural commodities on inflation in the city of Manado and what agricultural commodities have a significant effect on inflation in the city of Manado. This research was conducted in December 2019 until February 2020. Data collection was obtained through secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency of North Sulawesi Province which was taken through the official website of BPS North Sulawesi Province. Sampling uses a time series data source. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis methods. This analysis will produce a pattern and closeness of the relationship between the dependent variable and the independent variable, estimate the effect of the independent variable on inflation in the city of Manado, and be able to predict inflation in the city of Manado if the magnitude of the independent variable is known. The results showed that the Manado City Inflation was influenced by agricultural commodities, namely vegetables, legume inflation, fruit inflation and seasoning inflation. The objective of this research is to to determine the level of profit from the Cake Lumpia households business in the Bumi Nyiur Village Wanea districts. The method used in this study is the case study method. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data were collected in the field directly from the source in this research is the owner of household enterprises cakes spring rolls, for the purpose of research and the data has not been published before. This data was obtained through interviews based on questionnaires that are relevant and have been prepared. As for the secondary data includes vil-lage profiles will be obtained from government agencies associated with this research. To determine the amount of benefit artisans will use a rat stamp benefit analysis followed by analysis of R / C to determine the feasibility of this venture. These results indicate that the average total revenue in this business is Rp. 1,000,000 / day, with a total production cost of Rp. 283,896.7. Then the total profit earned in spring roll pastry business in Bumi Nyiur Village, District of Wanea is Rp. 716,103.3 / day. Analysis of R / C who do show that the average household businesses spring rolls baking in the Village Earth Nyiur District of Wanea experiencing gains, where the R / C ratio of 3.52 and it can be concluded that the business is feasible to run.

Strawbery is one of the most important fruits commodity in the world, especially for the subtropics countries. Although the strawberry is not a native to Indonesia, but its development which is patterned by the agribussiness and agro-industries can be categorized as one of the income sources  in the agricultural sector. Despite the development of strawberries in Indonesia continues to increase, but when compared with overseas, the strawberry business in Indonesia has not optimally performed. The purposes of this study are to assess and to explain the strawberry crop agri-businesses in the Rurukan Village of East Tomohon District. The results showed that in general, the farming cultivation of strawberry, consisted of: land cultivation, the nursery, and media plant cultivation. It was very important to manage the successful development by the farmers, i.e.: the technique of strawberry planting. Meskipun perkembangan stroberi di Indonesia terus mengalami peningkatan, namun bila dibandingkan dengan luar negeri, usaha stroberi di Indonesia belum dilakukan secara optimal. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengkaji serta menjelaskan agribisnis usaha tanaman stroberi di Desa Rurukan Kecamatan Tomohon Timur. This study aims to determine the marketing of salak fruit, analyze profits and marketing margins of zalacca, and analyze the farmer's share in each marketing channel of zalacca in Bawoleu Village. This research was carried out in Bawoleu Village, North Tagulandang District, Siau Tagulandang Biaro Regency. The sample selection is done purposevely and snowball method. Data collected are primary and secondary data. Primary data collection was carried out by direct interviews with 16 salak farmers and related marketing institutions. The data collected are the characteristics of respondents, the characteristics of salak fruit farming, prices at the level of farmers, traders, and consumers, as well as marketing institutions in marketing salak fruit. Secondary data obtained from the Internet through Google searching. The results showed that the marketing channels formed in the marketing of salak fruit in Bawoleu Village were 3 types of marketing channels, namely marketing channel I, which had a total cost of Rp. 575 / Kg, Marketing channel II the total cost of Rp 575 / kg, profit of Rp 15,675 / Kg and marketing margin of Rp 16,250 / Kg. Marketing channel III costs a total of Rp. 875 / Kg, Profits Rp. 375 / Kg, marketing margin Rp. 1,250 / Kg. The portion received by farmers (farmer share) in marketing channel I is 100%, marketing channel II is 18.75%, marketing channel III is 75%.*eprm*
