The government places great emphasis on business incubation programs within the university. The main reason established a business incubator at universities is to reduce the problem of unemployment in Indonesia. This study aims to describe the business incubation process, analyze the effectiveness of the performance of the Undip KKIB (Klinik Kewirausahaan dan Inkubator Bisnis Universitas Diponegoro) from the tenants' point of view, and find out the role of the Undip KKIB business incubator in the commercialization strategy of its tenants. The method used in this research was the qualitative method. The data collection technique used was the interview technique. This study used three informants with different backgrounds. The first informant is a KKIB tenant who has been incubating. The second informant is a KKIB tenant who has passed the incubation, and the third informant is a representative of the KKIB business incubator management. The first result of this study indicates that the KKIB Undip business incubator has been good in terms of excellent service and incubator programs, reliable incubator human resources, and tenant business growth that has increased since joining the business incubator. The last result shows that they have business matching and business pitching to commercialization strategy. For further research, the performance and commercialization of business incubators in different aspects will be examined, with more informants is expected.
The development of human civilization to the information age and globalization shows how big the changes are due to business people to live their lives better. Everyone plays a vital role in helping a group, organization, or society to achieve its goals. People who have great talents or qualities are expected to become leaders, such as charisma, foresight, power of persuasion, and intensity. One's emotional management has an important role to make their existence recognized by the environment. The current phenomenon of emotional intelligence becomes a major topic in the work field because it contributes to workers. This study focuses on Lecturers of the Accounting Study Program of Private Universities in the Province of Bali. The sample in this study amounted to 182 people. This study aims to analyze the effect of emotional intelligence on the performance of lecturers in the accounting study program at private universities in Bali Province. The data collection method used is a questionnaire. The analysis includes an instrument test, classical assumption test, normality test, linear regression, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination test using simple regression analysis with SPSS 14.0 for Windows program. The results show that emotional intelligence positively affects the performance of lecturers in the Accounting Study Program.
This service aims to contribute as a marketing strategy and increase visitors to the caribakatmu.com website, which was managed by PT Ahad Edutama Inovasi with the technology acceptance model (TAM) approach. This service method was Participatory Action Research (PAR), where the service team assisted partners in research to solve problems. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to 100 website user respondents in which the questions were based on the approach used. Path analysis was used in this activity with the SEM-PLS program to comprehensively determine the direct and indirect effects of exogenous variables on endogenous ones. This service analysis showed that Caribakatmu.com was following the technology acceptance model. The variables perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness significantly affect attitude towards using and behavioral intention. However, with the addition of age and gender control variables, there are several suggestions for Caribakatmu.com, including 1) the Development of services for the student level up to the company level; 2) Expanding personality testing by providing visual tests, memory games and creativity so that talent mapping is comprehensive; 3) Adding the share feature so that users can promote this website.
Balanced scorecard adalah salah satu teknik evaluasi bisnis modern yang meninjau dari empat perspektif untuk menentukan strategi bisnis kedepannya. PT. Mahameru Duta Pasifik pada saat ini masih menggunakan teknik evaluasi lama yang menjadikan perusahaan salah dalam mengambil keputusan strategis. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah membantu PT. Mahameru Duta Pasifik dalam menilai kinerja dengan pendekatan Balanced scorecard. Metode pengabdian ini yaitu dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada perusahaan untuk memperoleh data primer dan skunder, dimana pernyataan disusun berdasarkan Critical Success Factors. Adapun hasil dari penerapan balanced scorecard memberikan beberapa rekomendasi kebijakan diantaranya 1) Mengatur rute distribusi dan menyalurkan pada satu waktu, hal ini dapat menurunkan biaya operasional dan meminimasi biaya distribusi, 2) Lebih menjalin kerjasama yang baik dengan berbagai retail serta menstimulus dengan strategi bundling maupun diskon, hal ini dapat meningkatkan tingkat kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan serta meningkatkan kepercayaan mitra kepada perusahaan. 3) Memberikan pelatihan kreativitas kepada karyawan agar menjadi perilaku yang inovatif. Karyawan yang inovatif akan mengimplementasikan ide kreatifnya pada aktivitas bisnis yang akan menguntungkan perusahaan.
Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Kampung Tematik Akrilik yang terletak di Gunung Pangilun, Kota Padang, Sumatera Barat. Kampung ini merupakan salah satu Kampung Tematik yang dicanangkan Walikota Padang bersama instansi terkait. Pada November 2021, Walikota mengadakan pertemuan dengan perwakilan Perguruan Tinggi di Padang untuk memulai program pendampingan Kampung Tematik. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, wawancara awal telah dilakukan dengan para pengrajin. Diketahui penjualan di kerajinan tangan akrilik saat ini sedang mengalami penurunan penjualan akibat Pandemi Covid-19. Dengan adanya permasalahan tersebut maka diputuskan untuk membantu dalam hal promosi buku profil dalam bentuk E-book. Buku profil ini berisi informasi penting seperti, Latar Belakang, Profil Singkat, Lokasi, Produk yang Tersedia, dan Kontak Person. Buku profil ini diharapkan dapat menjangkau konsumen sasaran secara luas dan tepat. Dengan adanya buku profil ini diharapkan dapat membantu kerajinan tangan akrilik kembali aktif dan meningkatkan penjualannya hingga mencapai volume penjualan seperti sebelum pandemi.
