The purpose of this study is to analyze and describe how the role of job analysis on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of Batu Bara Regency. As well as to analyze the constraints in job analysis on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of Batu Bara Regency. This type of research is a qualitative research. Collecting data through methods from observations, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the application of job analysis to employee performance in the form of positions at the Regional Secretariat of Batu Bara Regency was good. The contents of the position in the form of tasks, jobs, responsibilities, authorities and working conditions at the Regional Secretariat of Batu Bara Regency have been carried out according to the results of the job description. In addition, the use of the contents of the position as the basis for implementing the work environment as well as the basis for meeting equipment needs, has also been carried out. However, the application of job analysis to employee performance in the form of position qualifications at the Regional Secretariat of Batu Bara Regency has not been optimal. There are still employees who are placed not in accordance with the educational background that is placed. The role of job analysis on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of Batu Bara Regency has not been achieved optimally. Application of Application Analysis that is applied in accordance with predetermined qualifications. In its implementation, the Regional Secretariat of Batu Bara Regency is still experiencing problems with the limited number of employees.
This research uses a qualitative research approach. The type of research used is qualitative descriptive research. Data sources are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques are data collection, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The validity of the data is tested by using data triangulation. The informants in this study totaled 11 people including the Principal, Vice Student Affairs, Prov. Education Office. West Sumatra, and Learners. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the model, complements, and attributes of national school uniforms in SMA N 2 Coastal Domain District are not well implemented in accordance with the regulations of the Permendikbudristek RI No. 50 of 2022. This can be proven by the lack of understanding of the school regarding the implementation of the regulation of the Permendikbudristek RI No. 50 of 2022 concerning national school uniforms where the school still follows the previous school uniform regulations at the school without looking at the latest rules that have been regulated in the Permendikbudristek RI No. 50 of 2022 so that based on observations from 30 students and interviews with students, on average, it shows that in general more than half of the Students do not apply these rules from either model, complements and incomplete attributes in their use.Keywords: study, school uniform, student.AbstrakPenelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data berupa data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yaitu pengumpulan data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Keabsahan data diuji dengan menggunakan triangulasi data. Adapun informan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 11 orang meliputi Kepala Sekolah, Wakil Kesiswaan, Dinas Pendidikan Prov. Sumbar, dan Peserta Didik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa model, pelengkap, dan atribut seragam sekolah nasional di SMA N 2 Kecamatan Ranah Pesisir kurang diimplementasikan dengan baik sesuai dengan aturan Permendikbudristek RI No. 50 Tahun 2022. Hal tersebut dapat dibuktikan dari kurangnya pemahaman pihak sekolah terkait implementasi peraturan Permendikbudristek RI No. 50 Tahun 2022 tentang seragam sekolah nasional yang mana pihak sekolah masih mengikuti peraturan seragam sekolah terdahulu di sekolah tersebut tanpa melihat aturan terbaru yang sudah diatur dalam Permendikbudristek RI No. 50 Tahun 2022 sehingga berdasarkan observasi dari 30 orang siswa dan wawancara dengan siswa rata-rata menunjukkan pada umumnya lebih dari setengah siswa tidak menerapkan aturan tersebut baik dari model, pelengkap dan atribut yang tidak lengkap dalam pemakaiannya.Kata Kunci: studi, seragam sekolah, siswa.Authors:Oriza Sativa : Universitas Negeri PadangAdriani : Universitas Negeri PadangReferences:Abu, A.
