This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership style and training on motivation and its implications on the performance of both partially and simultaneously. Data collected through survey method and instrument questioner analysis to be distributed to the units of Mercu Buana University academic staff of 126 educators. Research analysis method is descriptive method and quantitative verification tool path analysis (path analysis) was then forwarded to the analysis of determination (R2), partial hypothesis test (t test) and test hypotheses simultaneously (F test). Prior to the analysis process has been tested intrument with validity and reliability. Results of this study were: 1) the transformational leadership style has no effect on work motivation of educators in Mercu Buana University; 2) Training effect on work motivation of educators in Mercu Buana University; 3) transformational leadership style and training of education personnel motivation to work directly and indirectly in Mercu Buana University; 4) transformational leadership style of the performance of educators at Mercu Buana University; 5) Training of educational personnel in the performance of Mercu Buana University; 6) transformational leadership style and training of education personnel performance both directly and indirectly in Mercu Buana University; 7) To analyze the effect of motivation on the performance of work at the University of Mercu Buana.
This study on the utilitarian values and hedonic values for women coffee lovers, aims to analyze the role of product attributes to the utilitarian values and hedonic values in shaping positive attitudes and behavior of consumers in deciding the purchase intentions. The design of this study uses descriptive-quantitative research. While the determination of the sample is women’s in West Jakarta who have consumed coffee today by using purposive sampling techniques to 148 women. The results of primary data collection will be analyzed using the SEM-Covariance method. The findings of this study indicate that product attributes have a positive and significant effect on utilitarian values and hedonic values. The utilitarian values and hedonic values have a positive significant effect on repurchase intention.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh beban kerja, dan kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 24 karyawan PT. Tri Poda Parama. Metode penarikan sampel adalah teknik sampling jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa beban kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan.
Advertising is presenting intriguing content or messages to the public through mass media to promote a company's products or services. In its development, the use of outdoor advertising media slowly began to shift to digital media marketing. Digital marketing is an effort to market a product or promote a brand using digital media or the internet. This research aims to examine the relationship between Organizational Communication and Perception of Organizational Support on Organizational Citizenship Behavior mediated by Work Motivation. Research design, all employees were sampled 125 employees and the analysis used was quantitative analysis using questionnaire data collection methods. Structural Equation Model was used as an analytical method, and Smart Partial least square was used as an analytical tool. Results, demonstrate that organizational communication and perceptions of organizational support have a major impact on organizational citizenship behavior, and Organizational Communication and Perceptions of Organizational Support on Organizational Citizenship Behavior can be mediated by motivation. Findings, massively prominent motivation affects employee behavior that is voluntary outside the job description and is not regulated by company regulations. However, it is incredibly valuable for the corporation since it may boost the organization's effectiveness and efficiency.
This study is to analyze the effect of transformational leadership, work discipline against the employee performance with turnover intention as the intervening variabel. The object of this research is the employees of PT. Prima Utama. This research was conducted on 270 respondents by using a quantitative descriptive approach. The determination of the sample size is using the Slovin formula so that the sample used is 161 respondents. Methods of data collection using survey methods, with the research instrument is using a questionnaire. The research method in this research is using Structural Equation Model (SEM). This study has stated that transformational leadership has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Work discipline has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Turnover intention has a negative and significant effect on employee performance. Transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
