This study aimed to determine and examine the effect of workload and performance allowances individually and jointly on employee job satisfaction at the East Jakarta City Administration Transportation Sub-dept. The research method uses a correlational survey with a quantitative approach, and the sampling technique is a simple random sampling technique, namely simple random sampling. The population in this study was a community of as many as 150 people. In contrast, the samples taken in this study were 60 respondents, with the percentage of inaccuracy determined as much as 10%. The study results: a) From the results of the first hypothesis test, it was obtained that the magnitude of the effect was 51.2%, while other factors influenced the remaining 48.8%. Then the significant test (t-test) t-count 7,799> t-table 2,000. That the first hypothesis is accepted (Ha) means that there is a positive and significant effect between workload on employee job satisfaction at the East Jakarta City Administration Transportation Sub-dept. b) The results of hypothesis testing obtained the magnitude of the influence of 52.8% while other factors influence the remaining 47.2%. Then the significant test (t-test) t-count 8.055>t-table 2.000. The second hypothesis is accepted (Ha) means that there is a positive and significant influence between performance allowances on employee job satisfaction at the East Jakarta City Administration Transportation Sub-dept. c) The results of the hypothesis test obtained the magnitude of the effect was 56.2%. In comparison, the remaining 43.8% was influenced by other factors. Then the significant test (F-test) F-count 36.590>F-table 3.16. The third hypothesis is accepted (Ha) means that there is a positive and significant effect between workload and performance allowance on employee job satisfaction at the East Jakarta City Administration Transportation Sub-dept.
This study aimed to determine and examine the effect of the ability of human resources and performance allowances individually and collectively on the work performance of employees at the Directorate of Regional Budget Planning, Directorate General of Regional Financial Development, Ministry of Home Affairs. The research method uses a survey with a quantitative correlational approach, and the sampling technique is simple random sampling, namely simple random sampling. The population in this study was 52 employees of the Directorate of Regional Budget Planning, Directorate General of Regional Financial Development, and Ministry of Home Affairs, while the sample taken in this study was 52. Data analysis used multiple linear regression.
This study aims to analyze the effect of work quality and employee competence, individually and collectively, on the professionalism of human resources at the Planning and Finance Bureau of the Ministry of Defense. The research method uses a correlational survey with a quantitative approach; the sampling technique is simple random sampling, namely simple random sampling. The population in this study were employees, as many as 78 people. In contrast, the sample in this study was 65 respondents, with the percentage of inaccuracy determined to be as much as 5%. The results showed that: a) quality of work on the professionalism of human resources had a strong and significant positive influence with the results of a correlation coefficient of 58.6%, while other factors and tests influenced the remaining 41.4%. Significant (t-test) tcount 9,439 > ttable 2,000; b) employee competence on the human resource professionals has a strong and significant positive influence with the results of a correlation coefficient of 57.6% while the remaining 42.4% is influenced by other factors and significant test (t-test) tcount 9,247 > ttable 2,000; c) work quality and employee competence together on the professionalism of human resources has a strong and significant positive influence with a correlation coefficient of 61.8% while the remaining 38.2% influenced by other factors and significant test (F test) Fcount 50,073 > Ftable 3,15. The implication of this research is the importance of work quality and employee competence in increasing the professionalism of human resources in the Planning and Finance Bureau of the Ministry of Defence.
This study aimed to determine how much influence the determination of the APBD with Regional Head Regulations and the allocation partially and jointly on the realization of capital expenditures in the APBD in the Province of the Special Capital Region of Jakarta for the 2015 Fiscal Year.
The research method uses a survey with a quantitative approach that is correlational. The sampling technique is Simple Random Sampling; namely, taking sample members from the population is done randomly without showing the existing strata. The number of samples in this study was 89 respondents.
Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, it can be concluded that: a) Multiple Regression Analysis obtained a positive value, namely the variable of determining APBD (X1) of 0.457 and variable of allocation of capital expenditure (X2) obtained a value of 0.463. The results of the Multiple Correlation Analysis between the Variables of determining APBD (X1) and Variables of allocation of capital expenditures (X2) of 0.690. Thus, it can be said that the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable is strong. b) The results of hypothesis testing both partially and simultaneously, the variables of determining APBD with local government regulation (X1) and allocation of capital expenditures (X2) affect the variable of capital expenditure absorption (Y), so that Ha is confirmed, Ho is rejected. c) From the coefficient of determination test results, the result is 0.476. Thus the independent variable can explain the dependent variable by 47.6% to the dependent variable, while the rest is not examined in this study.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
