The purpose of this paper is to provide an alternative assessment approach for teachers in civic learning so that it can be used as a reference for civic teachers to conduct the affective assessment. This research is included in the Library Research type of research. Data is obtained from various books, journals, scientific papers, and other documents that examine the distance learning assessment model. The results showed that five assessment approaches could assess students' attitudes: survey techniques, interviews, observation, self-assessment, and user data. The survey approach is most commonly used in various disciplines to show course satisfaction, perceived course usability, and intention-fulfilment. Interviews were used to reveal experiences during their learning, such as professional development, leader motivations, and barriers. Self repost with a Likert scale reflects students' perceptions of affective learning outcomes, such as learning experiences, perceived learning benefits, and civic learning satisfaction. Observation and self-assessment are used to reveal students' evaluations of learning experiences and distance learning benefits. Meanwhile, user data is used to measure the experience and emotional state of students.
This study aims to describe the implementation, effectiveness, constraints, and solutions for the implementation of audio-visual media using the point-counterpoint strategy in class XI TKJ A SMK Adi Sumarmo Colomadu in the 2020/2021 school year. This study used a mixed-methods approach with a sequential exploratory design. Samples were taken using purposive sampling with a total of 28 students. Qualitative data collection techniques were interviews, observations, documentation, while quantitative data were analyzed using the Paired Sample T-Test hypothesis test. Test the validity of the data using triangulation of sources and techniques. The validity test using Correlation Product Moment with a significant level of 5% obtained a price of 0.444 and reliability using KR 20 with a result of 0.653. The qualitative analysis uses flow model analysis, while the quantitative analysis uses descriptive statistics. The results of this study are the implementation of audio-visual media to improve students' critical thinking using a point-counterpoint strategy by providing material through WhatsApp Group in the form of video. The effectiveness of the implementation of audio-visual media using the point-counterpoint strategy can be seen from the average results of the pretest 54.5 and posttest 81.6, with a total of 20 questions greater than T table (15,144 > 1,700). In this study, there were obstacles such as time constraints related to the implementation of the research. An alternative solution to overcome these obstacles is that researchers arrive earlier than the research schedule and must manage time well.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi implementasi dan efektivitas program pemerintahan desa dalam meningkatkan partisipasi politik masyarakat di Desa Gonilan Kecamatan Kartasura Kabupaten Sukoharjo. Penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif dengan informan yang dipilih menggunakan purposive sampling. Informan terdiri dari enam orang yaitu sekretaris desa, kepala seksi (kasi) pemerintahan, kepala urusan (kaur) umum dan tata usaha, kaur perencanaan, ketua Panitia Pemungutan Suara (PPS), dan sekretaris Panitia Pemungutan Suara (PPS). Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan dokumentasi, sedangkan keabsahan data diuji dengan menggunakan triangulasi sumber data dan teknik. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menerapkan model interaktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program pemerintahan Desa Gonilan, berupa Warung Pethuk, forum desa, dan mobility broadcasting mendapat tanggapan yang positif dari masyarakat, karena menjadi salah satu daya tarik untuk meningkatkan jumlah kehadiran pemilih. Efektivitas program-program tersebut dapat meningkatkan partisipasi politik di Desa Gonilan, hal ini dapat terlihat dari antusiasme warga dalam mengikuti kegiatan pemilihan umum, baik di tingkat pemilihan kepala desa, kepala daerah, gubernur dan wakil gubernur, legislatif, dan presiden serta wakil presiden. Upaya pemerintahan Desa Gonilan memunculkan alternatif upaya untuk meningkatkan partisipasi politik masyarakat melalui berbagai program yang menarik dan implementatif.
The purpose of this study is to describe understanding, perception, and problem solving for a non-medical student applying the digital literacy associated with responding to the hoax of Instagram. The study uses a qualitative approach with a theoretical design. It is often misused to disseminate information quickly but incorrectly. The research informant consists of the study program chairman, lecturer, and student elect using a sampling technique. The data-gathering techniques of this research use interviews, observation, and documentation. The validity test of data uses source triangulation and technical triangulation. Data analysis in this research uses analysis content. According to the study, non-government students have the ability to search out valid information and minimally disseminate hoax information that can lead to conflict. They claim the perception that digital literacy is important to strengthen unity in character. The application of digital literacy is important for finding the right news, making it easy to get the full information, and making a significant contribution to minimizing the spread of hoaxes in Instagram use, as well as an integral part in strengthening the character of unity, thus reducing the impact of the spread of hoax information that could divide the nation. At first glance, students have the digital literacy ability to respond to hoaxes by finding out the truth first though.
ABSTRAKPengabdian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pendampingan adaptasi teknologi melalui pemanfaatan media blog sebagai sistem pengelolaan informasi di sekolah dasar. Fokus utama pengabdian ini adalah penggunaan blog sebagai media sosialisasi dan pendampingan adaptasi teknologi dalam mengelola informasi yang dilaksanakan satu pekan dua kali melalui program kampus mengajar. Subjek dalam pengabdian ini adalah guru dan operator sekolah di SD 6 Terban. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi dengan metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan kesimpulan. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan sosialisasi ini sejatinya memberikan pemahaman sekaligus menyadarkan staf kependidikan mengenai pentingnya penggunaan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi. Pendampingan ini dilakukan dengan tiga tahapan yaitu (1) Membimbing dan menjelaskan kepada staf kependidikan, (2) Melaksanakan tanya jawab dan koordinasi kolaboratif melalui Focus Grup Discusion (FGD), serta (3) Melakukan pengelolaan data secara valid dan penyebaran informasi kepada khalayak umum. Penggunaan media blog ini diharapkan mampu meningkatkan mutu pendidikan sekaligus potensi staf kependidikan dalam memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi.
