Humans are basically inseparable from education in carrying out life. The implementation and development of educational studies must also be adapted to the conditions and social situations that exist in the community. The main focus of Goal 4 on Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) is to provide inclusive quality education or to ensure everyone has an equal opportunity to get good quality of education. In fact, Indonesia is still struggling in the quality of teacher issue. In the school year of 2019/2020, there are 8.98% unqualified teachers and headmasters on primary school level, 6.16% on junior high school level, 10.07% on senior high school level, and 10% on vocational high school level. Cumulatively, from primary school level to vocational high school level, there are 247.462 unqualified teachers and headmasters in Indonesia. This is a serious problem, considering that teachers are important component in determining the quality of education itself. In this research, UI/UX design prototype of learning web application named “IdeIn” was developed using Design Thinking method that consists of empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test stages. The main focus of this learning web application is to provides an opportunity to the whole community to support education in Indonesia by conducting online classes.
OSIS (Organisasi Intra Sekolah) is an official Student Council, which found in every school in Indonesia. The problem to be solved in a school is the need for an OSIS as a forum for students in schools to achieve the goals of coaching and developing students in accordance with the school's vision and mission. The main task of OSIS task is to achieve the goals in accordance with the school's vision and mission, therefore OSIS chair should have competencies and skills. The right decisions are needed for the implementation of the school's vision and mission. This first stage of research is performed by doing interview and survey to determine the criteria of OSIS chair. Based on interview and questionnaire has indicate that the student council member elects the chair based on several criteria consist of managerial ability, responsibility, communication and cooperation as well as discipline. The method proposed in the selection of the OSIS chairperson using simple multi attribute rating technique exploiting rank (SMARTER) approach and using Rank Order Centroid (ROC) weighting. The result of this study indicates that 75% of OSIS coaches and members need a decision-making system that can assist OSIS in making computerized decisions in determining the next OSIS chair candidate.
Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) merupakan salah satu unit usaha yang berperan penting dalam pertumbuhan dan perkembangan perekonomian di Indonesia. UMKM juga merupakan salah satu penyokong perekonomian di Indonesia khususnya pada masyarakat golongan bawah dan menengah. UMKM memiliki peran strategis dalam upaya pemerintah dalam mengatasi kemiskinan dan pengangguran, karena UMKM dapat menyerap tenaga kerja sehingga pengangguran akibat tidak terserapnya angkatan kerja dalam dunia kerja menjadi berkurang. Pandemi Covid-19 yang terjadi melanda seluruh dunia, secara global, termasuk Indonesia, tentu saja berdampak terhadap berbagai sektor terutama di sektor ekonomi. Himbauan untuk mencegah mata rantai penyebaran virus ini mengharuskan masyarakat untuk berdiam diri di rumah dan mengurangi kegiatan di luar rumah. Semua sendi kehidupan terpengaruhi dan dipaksa untuk mengubah pola hidup, pola kerja, pola berpikir dan pola-pola lain yang dijalankan manusia. Dampak negatif akibat pandemi COVID-19 ini telah menghambat pertumbuhan UMKM. Indonesia yang didominasi oleh UMKM sebagai tulang punggung perekonomian nasional terdampak oleh adanya pandemi COVID-19, bukan hanya pada aspek produksi dan pendapatan saja namun juga pada jumlah tenaga kerja yang harus dikurangi dan lain-lain. UMKM kurang memiliki ketahanan dan fleksibilitas dalam menghadapi pandemi COVID-19 ini dikarenakan beberapa hal seperti tingkat digitalisasi yang masih rendah, kesulitan dalam mengakses teknologi dan kurangnya pemahaman tentang strategi bertahan dalam bisnis.

Pandemi Covid-19 yang terjadi melanda seluruh dunia, secara global termasuk Indonesia, tentu saja berdampak terhadap berbagai sektor terutama di sektor ekonomi. Pemerintah di berbagai negara memberlakukan social distancing, physical distancing, bahkan me-lockdown negaranya. Indonesia melakukan hal yang sama dengan istilah Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar (PSBB) sebagai pencegahan meningkatnya penyebaran COVID-19. Tantangan terberat pelaku UMKM di masa pandemi Covid 19 adalah adanya perubahan mengakses pasar karena terbatasnya tatap muka secara langsung dan UMKM kurang memiliki ketahanan dan fleksibilitas dalam menghadapi pandemi COVID-19 ini dikarenakan optimalisasi peran digital yang masih rendah sehingga membuat pelaku UMKM kesulitan dalam mengakses teknologi dan kurang dalam memahami strategi apa saja yang dapat dilakukan agar dapat bertahan dalam bisnis dengan demikian diperlukan peran digital untuk menguatkan UMKM di masa pandemic COVID 19.

In addition to understanding the meaning of entrepreneurship, what must be owned by an entrepreneur in building his company. Then another goal is to find out what operational management is in the MSME business. Operational management itself has a meaning as a business area that focuses on the production process, as well as ensuring that maintenance and development take place effectively and efficiently. Operational management itself has the benefits and objectives of changing or transforming various resources owned by a large or small company, namely to organize and manage materials, production, inventory control, product quality control, and maintenance. Another purpose of this writing is to find out the operational management of the digital MSME business, namely INSOVIA. INSOVIA has implemented various operational management practices to build and develop its business in this digital era.
