MÁCHAL PAVEL, MAJDAN RADOSLAV, TKÁČ ZDENKO, STANČÍK BOHUSLAV, ABRAHÁM RUDOLF, ŠTULAJTER IVAN, ŠEVČÍK PETER, RÁŠO MILAN: Design and verifi cation of additional fi ltration for the application of ecological transmission and hydraulic fl uids in tractorc.Acta Universitatis Agriculturae et Silviculturae Mendelianae Brunensis, 2013, LXI, No. 5, pp. 1305-1311 This contribution presents the design and function verifi cation of additional fi ltration. It is intended for the common transmission and hydraulic oil fi lling of tractors. The main role of this fi ltration concept is to ensure a high level of oil cleanness as a condition for the application of ecologic fl uids in tractors. The next one is to decrease the wear of lubricated tractor components, the degradation of oil and eventually to extend the interval of oil change. The designed additional fi ltering is characterized by ease installation through the use of quick couplings and hoses to the external hydraulic circuit. Therefore, the fi ltration is suitable for various tractor types. Filter element has been designed with the fi lter ability 1micron and the ability to separate to 0.5 dm 3 of water from oil. Function of additional fi ltration was verifi ed during the 150 engine hours of tractor operation. During this time period the oil contamination was evaluated on the basis of chemical elements content such as Fe, Cu, Si, Al, Ni, Mo and Cr. The additive concentration was evaluated on the basis of chemical elements content such as Ca, P and Zn. During the test operation of tractor the concentration decrease of chemical elements reached the values 25.53 % (Fe), 23.53 % (Si), 25 % (Al) and 5.5 % (Cu). The decrease of additive concentration reached only medium level (6.6 %). Therefore, the designed additional fi ltration doesn't remove additives from oil. Based on the evaluation of the content of chemical elements (that representing contamination and additives), we can say that the designed fi ltering method is suitable for use in agricultural tractors. oil contamination, additives, biodegradable oil, spectroscopy, environmental protection Fluids that are used in common transmission and hydraulic systems of tractors are exposed to specifi c conditions characteristic for agricultural production. These oils must perform all requires functions in the transmission and hydraulic system of tractor and they also must be resistant to oxidation and thermal degradation. Agricultural tractors o en operate in dusty and humid environment which eff ects oil fi ll contamination. In addition, the oil fi lls are polluted by the amount of wear particles mainly from the transmission system, which carries the full power of the engine to the wheels of the tractor.
Precision sowing trend is development of technology of sowing maize. The advantage of planting corn with precision seeder includes saving seeds, fewer working hours, achieves more uniform spacing in the row and depth of planting, and for these reasons it follows that the crop will be uniform in height and strength, which is a prerequisite for high yields. It was performed a fi eld testing of three seed in sowing maize at three diff erent speeds of sowing. Tests were carried out to determine and compare the quality of three planters with under pressure. Seeders worked in similar conditions but third seeder noted presence of crust on the soil surface. They were tested at a speed of 6, 8 and 10 km/h. At a speed of 6 km/h all three planters worked with a coeffi cient of variation less than 25% and with values from 19.25 to 22.72%, which meets the criteria of quality planting. The percentage of pairwise from 1.66 to 2.64%. The percentage of empty spaces were from 4.24 to 4.93%. Proportion of seeds sown at a given space were from 92.5 to 94.09%, which is an indicator that sowing was successfully. No records are examined quality diff erences in sowing seed.
The level of knowledge and skills of project managers in the field of regional development shows a high level of differentiation, which has an impact on management of (non)investment projects in the given region. For effective addressing problems of regional development is crucial that projects will be processed, handled and managed at a professional level. The paper aims to confirm or disprove the given hypothesis and to identify the knowledge areas affected by the ignorance the most. For this purpose the survey on the level of knowledge and skills of project managers in regional development in NUTS III region in the Czech Republic was conducted. The survey results has allowed identifying the level of knowledge and skills of project managers in regional development in project management knowledge areas and thereby has enabled to identify the knowledge areas affected by the ignorance the most. Among these knowledge areas belong mainly Risk management, Scope management and Quality management. The results have also enabled to present the level of differentiation of the level of knowledge and skills of project managers from the mean and to compare findings in the particular NUTS III region of the Czech Republic among each other. The findings show a high level of differentiation of the knowledge and skills of project managers.
MÁCHAL PAVEL,TKÁČ ZDENKO, KOSIBA JÁN, JABLONICKÝ JUREAJ, HUJO ĽUBOMÍR, KUČERA MARIÁN, TULIK JURAJ: Design of a laboratory hydraulic device for testing of hydraulic pumps. Acta Universitatis Agriculturae et Silviculturae Mendelianae Brunensis, 2013, LXI, No. 5, pp. 1313-1319 The present contribution deals with solves problem of research of testing device to monitor of hydrostatic pumps durability about dynamic loading under laboratory conditions. When carrying out the design of testing device are based on load characteristics of tractor hydraulic circuit, the individual characteristics of hydraulic components and performed calculations. Load characteristics on the tractors CASE IH Magnum 310, JOHN DEERE 8100, ZETOR FORTERRA 114 41 and Fendt 926 Vario were measured. Design of a hydraulic laboratory device is based on the need for testing new types of hydraulic pumps or various types of hydraulic fl uids. When creating of hydraulic device we focused on testing hydraulic pumps used in agricultural and forestry tractors. Proportional pressure control valve is an active member of the hydraulic device, which provides change of a continuous control signal into relative pressure of operating fl uid. The advantage of a designed hydraulic system is possibility of simulation of dynamic operating loading, which is obtained by measurement under real conditions, and thereby creates laboratory conditions as close to real conditions as possible. The laboratory device is constructed at the
The extensions of service-lives regarding hydraulic fluids is gaining prominence due to several considerations including environmental pollution, conservation of natural resources and the economic benefits associated with extended service-life. The presented methods for testing the durability and oxidation stabilities of hydraulic fluids can be simultaneously used in two ways. Firstly for comparing different hydraulic biooils and for selecting more adequate oils with higher oxidation stabilities and longer service lifetimes and secondly for the development of a prognostic model for an accurate prediction of an oil's condition and its remaining useful lifetime, which could help to extend the service life of the oil without concerns about damaging the equipment.
