Kesehatan lansia dalam fisik maupun mental yang dapat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa factor, baik dari kesehatan lansia sendiri, ataupun pada bagaimana keluarga lansia dalam menjaga lansia tersebut. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi atau penyuluhan kepada lansia dan masyarakat atau keluarga lansia yang lain mengenai cara merawat lansia dan memberikan arahan mengenai apa saja yang dibutuhkan lansia dalam hal fisik dan mental. Pemberian informasi, dilakukan dengan cara edukasi kepada empat lansia, yang diberikan secara langsung dengan mengunjungi rumah lansia. Untuk mengukur efektifitas edukasi ini diukur dengan pre test dan post test yang diisi oleh keluarga lansia, serta wawancara untuk memperdalam bagaimana keadaan lansia. Hasil edukasi ini dilihat dari skor pre test dan post test, tidak menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang berarti. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara kepada lansia didapatkan permasalahn pada lansia ada pada kesehatan fisik (pola makan, dan olah raga), dan kesehatan mental (keluarga jarang menanyakan kabar).   Kata Kunci : Lansia; Keluarga; Sehat

This study aimed to understand what activities could be done by older Indonesian who are physically sick and how those activities can make them feel happy. It was a qualitative study conducted in the Surakarta, Central Java, Indonesia. A total of 6 older people aged >60 years and suffering from the chronic disease were selected for this study. The data were collected by an in-depth interview. The data were analyzed using thematic analysis with the help of the NVivo 12 QSR program. Older people with chronic disease were still able to be active in worship, socializing with the surrounding environment, working, doing the daily chores, and doing older people gymnastic. The benefit of staying engaged in the activity, including the ability to feel happy, be motivated to get a reward, exchange ideas, and share experience, help others, be calm, and have good health. This study emphasized the importance of being engaged in activities for older people to achieve happiness even though there had poor health status.

The ideal family consists of father, mother and child, but it is different if there is spouse death or divorce so father or mother becomes single parent. Nevertheless, a single father is still optimize the nurturing to his children. This study aims to explore the internalization of Islamic values of a single father parenting. This study used qualitative methods with a phenomenological approach. The research subjects consisted of 6 single fathers. Data is collected with interview. Analysis is done by descriptive analysis. The results show that the values include religy, self value, responsible for the tasks, and social interaction. It can be concluded that a single father continues to carry out parenting by applying Islamic values.The renewal of thsis research is for fathers to optimize their function in educating their children and providing an understanding of good parenting patterns.

This research aims to describe the perception PHBS post employee doing socialization. This study uses qualitative phenomenological methods with semi-structured interview data collection methods. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. This study consisted of 4 employees of Puskesmas sumber, one person served as the head of the puskesmas, one person served as a public health instructor, one person as coordinator of the midwife, one person as the accountant of the puskesmas. The analytical technique used by the researcher is thematic analysis technique. The results of the research, all informants understood the meaning of PHBS, which is an activity of a healthy and clean lifestyle that must be carried out in daily life. Each informant also has a sad feeling when the community does not comply with the socialization activities that have been provided by the Community Health Center. The results of the research also explain that PHBS activities have begun to be implemented in the community, such as washing hands, wearing masks, and maintaining distance. However, there are still some violations of PHBS.
