Anak usia sekolah merupakan generasi masa depan bangsa, sehingga diperlukan ketahanan dan kesehatan mental yang optimal supaya anak produktif sesuai dengan fase perkembangan industry. Jika hal tersebut tidak dilakukan maka akan mengalami gangguan perkembangan psikososial. Saat ini masih banyak keluarga di komunitas yang belum memahami mengenai cara menstimulasi perkembangan anak usia sekolah pada beberapa jenis perkembangan seperti motorik, kognitif dan bahasa, emosi dan kepribadian, moral dan spiritual, serta psikososial. Tujuan dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini untuk menstimulasi anak usia sekolah pada perkembangan industry secara optimal melalui pendekatan terapi kelompok terapeutik (TKT) usia anak sekolah. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini menggunakan metode pelaksanaan terdiri dari tiga tahap adalah tahap persiapan, pelaksaanaan tindakan TKT yang terdiri dari lima (5) sesi dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan mayoritas peserta terjadi peningkatan tingkat perkembangan dengan baik pada anak usia sekolah setelah dilakukan TKT. Oleh karena itu, terapi kelompok terapeutik direkomendasikan sebagai promosi untuk menstimulasi perkembangan secara optimal yang mempengaruhi pada kesehatan jiwa anak usia sekolah pada tatanan pelayanan kesehatan jiwa di masyarakat.
Abstract-Nurses have an important role in the delivery of services that will always be remembered by the client. The competition this excellent service delivery has shifted the hospital functions as a social service into the social economy. This study aims to assess the relationship between the quality of service perceived by peanggan on customer loyalty in the hospital. This study is correlational survey design. The population is all customers Hospital outpatient unit Amelia Pare, Kediri with a total sample of 86 respondents are determined by simple random sampling. The variable in this study is the quality of service and customer loyalty. Data were collected using questionnaires and then analysed using Pearson statistical test with a significance value of p <0.05. Data were obtained from the results of the study explained that there is a positive relationship between the variables of quality and loyalty of nursing services in outpatient unit with a significant value of p = 0.000. Customer loyalty can be judged by whether someone will reuse the same service in the future, and have no intention to move to other service providers are similar, it is certainly very in touch with the service they receive when making a purchase, whether such services qualified or not. Customers who confidently hand over her health problems can also be said to be loyal to the Hospital, and willing to participate and improve the quality of service hospital with a critique or suggestions when the service made a mistake and promoted the Hospital which will certainly benefit the Hospital itself.
Anak dengan kehadiran saudara kandung cenderung mengalami sibling rivalry merupakan permasalahan emosi yang mempengaruhi hubungan dengan saudara kandung yang cenderung terjadi persaingan antara saudara kandung yang menimbulkan konflik yang berdampak pada perilaku kekerasan yang secara agresif saling menyerang. Jika hal tersebut tidak dilakukan penanganan sedini mungkin, maka anak akan mengalami cidera fisik serta gangguan perkembangan jiwa psikososial. Saat ini masih banyak keluarga di komunitas yang belum memahami mengenai cara pencegahan perilaku kekerasan sibling rivalry pada anak. Tujuan dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan orang tua melalui pendidikan kesehatan. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini digunakan metode pelaksanaan terdiri tiga tahap yaitu persiapan, pelaksaanaan, serta evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan mayoritas peserta mengalami peningkatan tingkat pengetahuan dengan baik setelah dilakukan pendidikan kesehatan. Oleh karena itu, pendidikan kesehatan direkomendasikan sebagai promosi kesehatan jiwa anak untuk menstimulasi perkembangan anak pada tatanan pelayanan kesehatan di masyarakat.
Background: Pulmonary TB is an infectious disease caused by mycobacterium tuborkulosis and is contagious. The family of pulmonary TB patients plays a very important role in the transmission of pulmonary TB disease. Preliminary data collection shows that four out of five (80%) families of pulmonary TB sufferers so far have gained knowledge about the transmission of pulmonary TB, but in their daily use personal protective equipment is rarely used. The family said they rarely wear masks because they feel fine without the masks, the family also feels wearing masks will hurt the feelings of people with pulmonary TB.Purpose: This study aimed to determine the effect of Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy on preventive measures for transmission of patients with pulmonary TB.Methods: This study used a quasy experiment research design with a non-randomized control group design pretest-posttest approach. The sample in this study was the family of pulmonary TB patients at UPTD Puskesmas Puhjarak Kediri who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria, with a sampling technique using purposive sampling. The independent variable of this study was Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy and the dependent variable was family preventive measures. The instrument used to measure preventive measures for pulmonary TB transmission is a questionnaire which contains 12 questions, and for the independent variable of memory therapy is SAK research. The research data were processed using the Wilcoxon signed ranks test and Mann-Whitney. Alternative hypotheses are accepted if p <0.05.Results: The results showed that the Mann Whitney test results in the treatment and control groups at the time of the pretest showed a value of p = 0.690 and at the posttest was p = 0.000. Wilcoxon signed rank test results show in the treatment group after treatment p = 0.005, while in the control group when posttest was p = 0.317.Conclusion: The results of the assessment of preventive measures for pulmonary TB transmission between the treatment group and the control group after the implementation of Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy showed that there were differences in the value of preventive measures for pulmonary TB transmission between the treatment group and the control group after receiving Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy
Introduction: The age of preschool children is preoperational stage development for the formation foundations of their mental and emotional. In this period, children are sensitive to receiving stimuli in their environment. So that children who have siblings are vulnerable to sibling rivalry, namely unstable emotional control, which can affect instability of learning motivation, resulting in decreased intellectual potential. So the role of parents is needed to prevent the negative impact sibling rivalry. Methods: This study used a cross-sectional approach with a non-probability sampling method. The populationin this study were parent who had preschool in Pembina Kindergarten Kediri with 85 parents and obtained a sample of 30 parents. Selected using purposive sampling techniqe. Sibling rivalry was an independent variable. The knowledge and development level were dependent variable. The data were collced using The sibling rivalry questionnaire and knowledge questionnaire that have been a validity and reliability. The test pra screening development (KPSP). Data analysis used Spearman-rho. Results: The results of the research showed sibling rivalry level have a significant correlation with knowledge (r=0,405, ρ value = 0,027) and development level (r=0,722, ρ value = 0,000). Discussion: Parents have several children, one of whom is of preschool age, has the potential to experience sibling rivalry, it is advisable to pay attention to the knowledge of psychological aspects to stimulate child development so that it remains optimal.
