This article research aims to examine the readiness of learning in the digital arena for teachers and students through the application of the “Teacher Layang” platform. How are student learning activities and teacher establishment in carrying out the teaching and learning process in the cyber pedagogy space. Through the fly teacher platform, student learning outcomes are expected to be able to organize learning outcomes optimally because there are no supporting e-learning media facilities and the readiness of teachers who seem digitally stuttered so that learning orientation takes place less effectively. The floating teacher platform based on android and web becomes a simple e-learning media with the principles of learning theory and learning outcomes. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The object of research is teachers and students. Data were obtained through observation, interviews, FGD (focus group discussions) and documentation studies. The data analyzed consisted of three activity lines, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The findings of this study through the floating teacher platform have shown changes in achievement, teachers can easily manage digital classes to the maximum, from communication with students, presenting material to assessment. Teacher creativity can be implemented through the platform in the cyber pedagogy space. Students who seem to have facilitated their study room well and are fun. Teachers in maturity in the cyber pedagogy space are the main requirements to be able to organize distance learning activities, so that students will respond with the management of the learning process that has been prepared by the teacher. The fly teacher platform is an adequate attribute of cyber pedagogy for teaching and learning activities effectively and optimally.
This article aims to present the condition of infrastructure development in Rianiate village under the leadership of the village head in developing village infrastructure. One indicator of the success of infrastructure development in a village depends on the role of the village head in fostering and involving community participation. The village head must be able to carry out his function as a motivator, facilitator, apply the principles of transparency, discipline, fairness and responsibility in carrying out village development tasks. Development in Desa Rianiate is already quite good, although there are still some shortcomings. The leadership of the village head in general is good even though it is still not optimal. The leadership was inherent in the village head of Rianiate. On the other hand, findings in the field are still found by some people who are reluctant to get involved with the tendency to prioritize personal matters.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas belajar mahasiswa pada mata kuliah hubungan internasional melalui metode active debate. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Jurusan PPKn, khususnya di kelas regular C dengan waktu penelitian dimulai pada bulan Juli sampai dengan bulan November tahun 2017. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas (CAR) Class Action Researce yang berawal dari permasalahan yang muncul di dalam kelas. Teknik yang digunakan untuk pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tes dan non tes. Tes yang diberikan berbentuk pilihan berganda dan non tes bersifat lembar obeservasi aktivitas kegiatan belajar mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode active debate memiliki pengaruh yang besar terhadap peningkatan aktivitas belajar dan dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar mahasiswa. Dalam hal peningkatan hasil belajar, penerapan metode active debate ini dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar dengan nilai rata-rata 86.6 pada siklus II. Sementara itu aktivitas belajar mahasiswa juga meningkat dengan menggunakan metode active debate ini. Hal itu dapat dilihat dari tujuh butir penilaian untuk melihat aktivitas belajar, yaitu keberanian dan semangat untuk mengungkapkan argumentasi; keterampilan dan kemampuan untuk bertanya: keterampilan dan kemampuan mahasiswa untuk menjawab; menyampaikan pendapat tentang materi; penalaran yang rasional dalam menyampaikan pendapat; aktif dan bertanggung jawab dalam selama proses; dan menghargai perbedaan pendapat. Semuanya mengalami yang signifikan. Dari data penelitian dapat dilihat dengan menggunakan model active debate respon mahasiswa pada mata kuliah Hubungan Internasional cenderung baik dan menyenangkan.
The aim of this research is to find out the understanding of the political community after watching the Episode "2019 presidential election: Jokowi getting stronger?". Data collection is done by Interview, Observation, and Documentation. The interviewees in this study were ten people from Hamlet XIII in Sei Rotan Village. The research method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method and tends to use analysis as well as to highlight the process and meaning. Technical data analysis used in the study is data collection, data reduction, data presentation (data display) and conclusion (verification). The results of this reaserch show that Indonesian Lawyers Club Impressions on TV One Episode "2019 presidential election: Jokowi getting stronger?". Can provide political understanding for the community. Where related 5 (Five) Indicators in the form of understanding of the State, Government, Power, Political Parties and General Elections. As well as the benefits obtained by the community in the form of insights about politics, as well as benefits that lead to positive things for the community.
This study aims to determine the Young Asahan PKS movement in fostering Millennial political participation. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach in data collection and analysis. Data collection techniques using a series of methods as interviews, observation, and documentation. This data is processed through data reduction and then organized through data displays that are displayed in tabular form and then drawn conclusions. The results of this study indicate that PKS Muda Asahan plays an active role in fostering millennial political participation in the 2019 PILPRES in Kota Kisaran Timur District. The role can be seen from the programs established to influence millennials to actively participate in voting, monitoring, campaigning, joining interest groups, and communicating with public officials. Some programs that have been formed to attract millennial interest are considered through the 4 millennial generation development segments; (1) Pariotics; (2) Buddy; (3) Fighter; and (4) Star. However, PKS Muda Asahan has not succeeded in forming political discussion on the external sphere. This obstacle occurs due to the stigma of the general public about the proximity of the Young Asahan PKS to the PKS party.
