The Nawacita program, which is contained in National Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMN), must be supported and realized by local governments, both Provinces and Cities / Regencies, since Nawacita is a national agenda for a more advanced, just and prosperous Indonesia. All policies issued by the Central Government must be supported by the Regional Government in implementing its vision and mission, must be able to go hand in hand with the Nawacita program to achieve national goals. The appropriate method used for this research is descriptive study with a qualitative approach. Cianjur Regency is a regency in West Java province and not too far from Jakarta as the capital and centre of Indonesian government. To implement the Nawacita program in Cianjur Regency, local governments are obliged to optimize the performance of institutions, all government processes are intended to serve all interested parties and good governance should bridge different interests for the development and achievement of national goals.
This research is motivated by the problems associated with legal awareness because a lot of people who commit traffic offenses which raises the number of highway accidents, The lack of public awareness in complying with and implementing legislation of traffic, making the rate of accidents in the city of Bandung has increased, problems related to traffic violations, among others motorcyclists not wearing a helmet, riders who do not carry driver's license, a motorist who did not using a seat belt, disobeying traffic signs, to overcome these problems, one of the ways used by Polrestabes duo with implementing E-ticket. This study aims to describe the implementation of the e-ticket in the city of Bandung in increasing awareness of traffic laws as moral citizenship (civic virtue), this study used a qualitative approach with descriptive analytical method. The findings in this study indicate that the implementation of the E-ticket in the city of Bandung in increasing awareness of the law of traffic as moral citizenship (civic virtue), has been performing well, but still found a variety of problems one of which is still many people who do not understand about technology other than that, more people want a ticket manually, because by implementing e-ticketed people in charge to pay by bank. It needs the support and encouragement from various parties that exist in society and also Polrestabes that e-ticket can be well.
Penggunaan media sosial pada mahasiswa menjadi salah satu gaya hidup di lingkungan Universitas Wisnuwardhana Malang. Pada era digital seperti saat ini penggunaan media sosial sering disalah gunakan bahkan menjadi ajang bully, rasis, dsb. Untuk itu penggunaan media sosial perspektif digital ethic hadir sebagai cara untuk meminimalisir kebobrokan moral anak didik di media sosial. Riset ini berfokus pada penggunaan media sosial perspektif digital ethic pada mahasiswa di Universitas Wisnuwardhana Malang. Metode penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian di lapangan mengenai penggunaan media sosial dan perspektif digital ethic adalah mayoritas mahasiswa Universitas Wisnuwardhana Malang menggunakan media hanya untuk memposting foto-foto pribadi serta kegiatan yang positif. Sistem komunikasi sosial yang ada di media sosial, sama persis dengan sistem komunikasi dalam lingkungan sehari-hari. Mahasiswa Universitas Wisnuwardhana Malang mempertimbangkan dalam mengupload ataupun memposting di media sosial. ABSTRACTThe use of social media for students is one of the lifestyles in the University of Wisnuwardhana Malang. In this digital era, the use of social media is often misused. It even becomes an arena for bullying, racism, etc. For this reason, the use of social media with an ethical digital perspective is present to minimize the moral decay of students on social media. This research focuses on using social media with a digital ethics perspective on students at Wisnuwardhana University Malang. This research method is descriptive qualitative. The research results in the field regarding the use of social media and the digital ethics perspective are that many Wisnuwardhana University Malang students use the media only to post personal photos and positive activities. The social communication system in social media is precisely the same as the communication system in everyday life. This study aims to analyze the curriculum content of Civic Education in Indonesia and its ability to prepare students for global citizenship. Global issues such as global economy, international conflicts, interdependency, climate changes, and natural resource conflicts, create yet other issues which can be resolved at best with a satisfactory education system. Civic Education as a multidimensional education aims to foster global citizenship among Indonesian students through the topics included in the curriculum. Curriculum as part of education system contributed to prapare young citizens in future to face new chalnges. This study employed qualitative method with content analysis technique. All of topics that related with Global Citizenship topics collect and analyze with refereces. The curriculum of Civic Education in Indonesia contains five main topics: human rights, global governance, diversity, national security, and interdependency.. These contents of Civic Education promote students who have global knowledges, yet hold firm to the virtues of Indonesia.
