Produk minuman Coldplay Juice SOJI merupakan produk minuman yang baru dikalangan konsumen, permasalahan yang terjadi yakni tingkat bertahannya suatu produk baru yang hanya sebentar, dikarenakan kurangnya loyalitas konsumen terhadap suatu produk baru. Pemasaran terkait bauran pemasaran berdasarkan pada kesesuaian konsumen (produk, hraga, tempat dan promosi) berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan berubah menjadi loyalitas pelanggan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis tentang pengaruh baurann pemasaran (produk, harga, tempat dan promosi) terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada Coldplay Juice SOJI dan menganalisis kepuasan pelanggan berubah menjadi loyalitas pelanggan pada Clodplay Juice SOJI. Penelitian menggunakan metode analisis Partial Least Square (PLS), Metode Partial Least Square (PLS) menghasilkan bahwa variabel produk, tempat dan promosi memiliki pengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dan loyalitas pelanggan dengan nilai p-value kurang dari 0.01, sedankan untuk variabel harga tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dan loyalitas pelanggan yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai p-value lebih dari 0.05. R-square pada penelitian ini menunjukkan angka 0.67 pada (Y1) memiliki arti bahwa pengaruh variabel produk, harga, tempat dan promosi terhadap kepuasan pelanggan adalah 67% dan sisanya 23% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar model penelitian ini. R-square pada (Y2) menunjukkan angka 0.57 yang artinya bahwa variabel produk, harga, tempat, promosi dan kepuasan pelanggan adalah 57% dan 43% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar model penelitian ini. With the agility of supply chain, competitive advantage can be maintained by business people by responding to environmental changes quickly and facing uncertainty. This research investigates the impact of supplier innovation on supply chain agility with information sharing and strategic resource as a mediator. At the same time testing the effect of information sharing and strategic sourcing on supply chain agility. The research sample used 65 coffee shops which were obtained from the response of the owner or manager of the coffee shop in Malang Area, known as the city of a million coffee shops. The rapid development of coffee shops in Malang Area demanding coffee businesses to respond quickly to changing consumer trends by maintaining the supply of coffee beans from the highest quality suppliers. This study was analyzed using structural equation modelling methods. The results revealed that supplier innovation significantly influences information sharing, strategic resources and supply chain agility. In addition, information sharing and strategic resources have a strong influence on supply chain agility. Thus, managers and or coffee shop owners need to establish good and sustainable relationships, especially to deal with changes in the business environment.
In running farming system, farmers not only have a role important as owners who land they farm. But also they are as farm managers to make any decisions to face their farming problems under risk and uncertainty. These problems are categorized as internal and external factors related to price fluctuations of agricultural commodities. For that reason, farmers need to consider some strategies to overcome their farming problem for instance by choosing the best commodities that would give them an optimal profit. The maximax, maximin, savage, and laplace criterions were used to analyze decision making of horticulture farmer in determining which best horticultural commodities to plant according to their behaviour and attitude toward farming risk. Thus, horticulture farmer will be able to make a choice whether or not it is potato, cabbage, or, scallion that will be cultivated in the next planting period. Potato farmers are categorized as the optimistic farmer who loves farming risks and they are cautious. While scallion farmers are pessimistic farmers and they are risk averse. In addition, cabbage farmers are the ones who have the least regret.
The increase of unsustainable human activities in watershed areas gave a huge pressure, causing land degradation and reduced the river water quality. This study aimed to describe the land use management and calculate the carrying capacity as a part of natural resource management of Bangsri Micro Watershed, the upper Brantas watershed in East Java, Indonesia. Data was gathered from five villages through interviews, questionnaires, and focus group discussions with multiple stakeholders. In addition, data from the local government statistics bureau (i.e., Statistics Indonesia) was also used. From the total 2,765 ha land area, eight different land use were identified with agroforestry (970 ha) being the largest and bare land (43 ha) being the smallest. There were 17 crop patterns with 10 different commodities recorded. Based on the present land use, the total land monetary value (biocapacity) was 298 billion Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) or equal to 27,278 tonnes of rice production. From the total population of 27,645; the total annual income (i.e., ecological footprint based on the minimum wage and real household income) needed is 577-854 billion IDR (72,101-106,771 tonnes of rice), thus considered as a deficit carrying capacity value. An urgent watershed management planning is needed to reduce the environmental pressure while ensuring the fulfilment needs of the people in Bangsri Micro Watershed.
Agroindustri pada dasarnya merupakan industri yang menggunakan bahan baku utama dari produk pertanian, perkebunan dan perikanan yang merupakan salah satu bidang yang berpotensi dikembangkan. Penelitian ini memilih pengusaha kecil agroindustri yang memiliki tanaman jagung, kedelai dan ubi kayu, dengan pertimbangan usaha ini banyak ditekuni masyarakat, walaupun kelompok ini mempunyai kekurangan, seperti kekurangan modal, kurang memiliki kemampuan manajemen. Namun terbukti usaha ini mempunyai daya adaptasi yang tinggi. Oleh kerena itu pengusaha kecil agroindustri menarik untuk diteliti. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk 1. Mengetahui gambaran agroindustri jagung, kedelai dan ubikayu di Kabupaten Malang. 2. Menjelaskan kemampuan pengelolaan agroindustri jagung, kedelai dan ubikayu yang dilakukan pengusaha kecil di Kabupaten Malang. 3. Pengembangan agroindustri jagung, kedelai dan ubi kayu dapat menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan bagi masyarakat. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kabupaten Malang, menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang tidak melakukan pengujian hipotesis akan tetapi hanya menggambarkan keadaan sesuai dengan fakta yang ditemukan di lokasi penelitian yang meliputi antara lain: (1) pengalaman manajerial, (2) kapabilitas keahlian, (3) kemampuan inovasi, (4) intensitas marketing, Peran pemerintah dan partisipasi aktif dapat menentukan keberhasilan pengusaha agroindustri. Hasil penelitian bermanfaat khususnya bagi usaha kecil agroindustri yang sampai saat ini masih menunggu untuk dapat mengembangkan usahanya.
