This study aims to examine the effect of profitability, operational efficiency, asset quality, and liquidity on the capital adequacy level of the banking sector which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This type of research is classified as causative descriptive research. The sample of this study was 28 banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018 selected using the purposive sampling method. The type of data in this study is secondary data. Data were collected by documentation techniques and analyzed using multiple regression analysis methods. Analysis prerequisite tests conducted include normality test, heterokedasticity test, multicollinearity test, and autocorrelation test. The data collected is processed with SPSS version 26.0. The results showed that profitability has a significant positive effect on the level of capital adequacy, Operational efficiency has a positive and not significant effect on the level of capital adequacy, asset quality has a significant negative effect on the level of capital adequacy, and liquidity has a negative and insignificant effect on the level of capital adequacy in the sector banks which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.Keywords : profitability, operational efficiency, asset quality, liquidity

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis besar pengaruh penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif terhadap pembelajaran Biologi. Metode yang digunakan adalah meta-analisis yaitu analisis hasil-hasil penelitian yang telah dipublikasikan secara nasional yang berkaitan dengan penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif terhadap pembelajaran Biologi. Dari 70 jurnal mengenai pembelajaran kooperatif dianalisis lebih lanjut sebanyak lima belas jurnal nasional terakreditasi sinta 1 sampai 3 yang diterbitkan pada rentang tahun 2010-2019 pada jenjang SMP dan SMA, yang membahas penenelitian eksperimen penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif terhadap pembelajaran Biologi. Instrumen penulisan berupa lembar pengkodean yang merangkum data dan informasi jurnal. Berdasarkan analisis nilai pengaruh secara keseluruhan didapatkan nilai rata-rata besar pengaruh sebesar 0,30 yang berarti dalam kategori efek besar. Temuan analisis juga menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran kooperatif memberikan pengaruh dan efektif pada jenjang SMP dan SMA, juga pada semua wilayah penelitian yaitu Jawa, Kalimantan dan Sumatera, serta pada variabel terikat, dan berbagai jenis metode kooperatif yang digunakan. Hal ini menunjukkan kesimpulan bahwa model pembelajaran kooperatif lebih efektif digunakan dalam pembelajaran Biologi dibandingkan dengan model pembelajaran konvensional dalam studi ini.

Purpose: SMEs are one of the vehicles that drive the country's economy in Indonesia. The existence of SMEs plays a major role in increasing the progress of a business wheel in Indonesia. As the driving force of the economy, SMEs must manage their finances well. Good financial management can be seen from how SMEs can plan business activities and control business activities properly. The purpose of this community service activity is to increase the application of science and technology in the Asyik Suka SME Community for the application of methods for managing business finances and the use of financial applications. Method: One of the methods used to manage finances well is to use Kakeibo. Kakeibo is a way of managing finances introduced by the Japanese. The media used in Kakeibo are envelopes and notes related to financial planning. Service activities will be carried out with the UKM Asyik Suka Community in Palembang City. In addition to using Kakeibo, service activities are also supported by the use of the SME Accounting Application. The SME Accounting Application is used to facilitate business activities by entering information related to SME finance. The method of service activities is carried out using lecture media and the practice of using Kakeibo and UKM Accounting Applications. Results: Based on the results of the questionnaire graph that the participants are in the 70-80% interval, it means that this service activity has a positive impact on increasing the application of science and technology to the participants. Conclusion: The service activities that have been carried out at the home of the Chairperson of the Asyik Suka MSME Community, namely Mrs. Yeni Rozak and the participants of the Asyik Suka MSME activity, totaling 11 MSME owners, from the discussion of material and direct practice to the participants of the Asyik Suka MSME Community service were greatly helped and increased knowledge about the use of technology to help businesses, especially in the use of MSME Accounting Application technology. This research applied Small Group Discussion learning model to improve the understanding of concept of KKNI 6th level students to match their expert field. The observations showed that the concept understanding of students was still low. This research was a classroom action research with Kemmis McTaggart cycle model. This classroom action research was conducted over two cycles. Each cycle consisted of two meetings. The subjects of the research were 2A class students of the Elementary School Teacher Education Program in Yogyakarta State University which amounted to 39 students. The data collecting technique in this research was test, while the data analysis technique used descriptive quantitative by finding mean then described. The result of the research showed that the concept understanding of the students in pre-action condition were 55,2 included in low category, then the average of students’ understanding concept increased in the first cycle with score 64,7. In cycle II, the students’ understanding concept increased significantly  with score 77,3. Based on the research, it  can be concluded that the SGD model can  improve the students' concept understanding.
