<p class="Abstract" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt;"><span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;"><span style="font-weight: normal; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">Accelerate the development and utilization of new energy sources, which is basic requirements of implementing the scientific development concept, and building a resource-saving and environment-friendly society, and which has very important meaning for adjusting industrial structure, changing the mode of economic development, expanding employment, and promoting economic society sustainable development, how to evaluate the new energy industry developing capability has been a key issues. In this paper, based on defining the new energy industry developing capability and analyzing the key factors, proposed the new energy industry developing capability index system, built comprehensive evaluation model of the new energy industry developing capability based on neural network; in Hebei Province, through the training set to train the network, get the simulation results of the testing set; the example has proved that the method has a certain scientific and practical, which can be fully used in the new energy industry developing capability, and be promoted in other areas.</span></span></span></p>
This paper investigates the failure modes of serially connected isolation system that the rubber bearing connected with the basement column, under large deformation. Base on Haringx theory and Timoshenko beam modal, the geometrically non-linear equations of serially connected isolation system with one end clamped and the other glided, subjected to a terminal force, are formulated. By using differential quadrature element method (DQEM), the non-linear equations are solved numerically and the configurations of the deformed column are presented. The results show that the large deformation of serially connected isolation system mainly occurred in the rubber bearings. The buckling of rubber bearing is the main failure mode of the serially connected isolated system.
The outline is one of the easiest and immediate methods to expresses people’s image of object, records and acquires the inspiration and the design that will be lost during a wink. The 3D modeling based on the outline adopts the computers’ strong power of technologies to sculpt. It demands not only grasping the NURBS and the polygon modeling technology, but also the sound sculpting base and good understanding of the space structure. To the 3D modeling method based on the irregular outline, this paper analyzes an a-ka role model, come up with the modeling method of 3D geometry reference, and make the a-ka model with this method. At last the model through the fit designing program is finished.
