Abstract. With the continuous development of new media technology, the market demand for employment increases gradually, but market competition also becomes increasingly fierce. The development of radio and television major in China, need more talents of radio and television major, and skill and quality requirements for talents are also increased. The rapid development of new media, the demand for applied talents of radio and television director major is increasing gradually. Under the employment orientation, this article will analyze and study the training of applied talents of radio and television director major, and put forward some corresponding measures.

The teaching quality is not only one of the most important standards to evaluate the levels of colleges and universities, but also one of the most significant factors, by which the quality of these universities is measured. In present days, teaching quality plays the most vital roles in deciding the quality and standards of universities, because there are fierce competitions among universities. Therefore, it is the most important work for the universities to improve their teaching quality continuously. In order to improve the internal teaching quality of universities, researches were focused on the internal teaching quality monitoring and security systems in this paper.

Abstract. With the continuous development of network technology and the advance of the new curriculum reform, great changes have taken place in the classroom education of our school. As a new teaching method, microlecture has been widely used in many subjects. This paper discusses mainly the characteristics, design and making processes and making ideas of microlecture, hoping to be useful for the work of relevant education and teaching staff.

The teaching quality management is an important guarantee to improve the teaching quality of local colleges and universities. It is the focus of the current study how to improve the level of the teaching quality management as well as the key to the teaching reform of local colleges and universities. The teaching quality management is necessary not only for ensuring unity of teaching scientific ant artistry, rectifying the teaching style and study style, enhancing teacher's ethics and quality, but also for improving teaching level and promoting the status of the university. The problems of teaching quality and the strategies to prefect the management system is re proposed according to related literature material in this article.
