The cultivation of strategic emerging industries is strategic to the economic transformation and upgrading in Fujian, a southeastern province of China. It is of great significance to study its selection model. In this paper, according to the characteristics of strategic emerging industries, drawing on the double helix model, this paper sets up an evaluation system for strategic emerging industries. Then, the entropy-VIKOR algorithm was introduced to evaluate and rank the backbone enterprises in Fujian, based on the data on 21 listed enterprises of strategic emerging industries in the province from 2017 to 2019. The empirical research results are consistent with the actual situation of the development of strategic emerging industries in Fujian Province, which proves the feasibility of this research method. Finally, according to the empirical analysis results, this study puts forward some countermeasures for the development of strategic emerging industries in Fujian province.

Improving the brand value of agricultural cultural heritage can promote the development of the local social economy. Meanwhile, cultural memory and brand value are inseparable. Therefore, this study took the Anxi Tieguanyin Tea Culture System as the research object, collected 679 questionnaires, adopted a structural equation model, and applied SPSS 26.0 and Amos 24.0 software (IBM; Armonk, NY, USA) to study the influence of agricultural heritage cultural memory on brand value. This study innovatively develops a scale of agricultural heritage cultural memory, enriches the outer edge of cultural memory theory research, broadens the vision of agricultural heritage research, and provides a useful reference for the inheritance of agricultural heritage and the promotion of brand value.

Based on the objective and requirements in the General Planning for China (Fujian) Pilot Free Trade Zone, 18 influence factors were determined finally by document analysis, expert interviews and questionnaire survey. By the atlas analysis and with real evidences, the core factors affecting Fujian Pilot Free Trade Zone to realize the expected effect, at a macro level, mainly are the economic cooperation depth between Fujian and Taiwan, the linkage mechanism docked with the high standards and new rules, the industry chain with complementary advantages between Fujian and Taiwan, and at a micro level, mainly are the convenient trade between enterprises, reasonable tax preference for enterprises, convenient enterprise investment, the attraction of dominant goods, financial marketization, and the ability to expand the market. Moreover, the core influence factors were discussed and some policy suggestions were put forward.

Dynamic capabilities cultivation is the fundamental power for Chinese manufacturing enterprises to transformation and upgrading. Base on the internet thinking, the paper analyzing the motivation of the dynamic capabilities cultivation of the OEM enterprises, we found that the organizational learning ability, the relation ability of social network and resource integration ability are three important fulcrum for the OEM enterprises to achieve the dynamic capabilities. In addition there have close inner relationship among the three pivots, forming the key abilities system for local subcontracting enterprises, positive role in their upgrade performance as well. Combining with the current development situation of OEM enterprises as well as the characteristics of the current internet economic environment, the paper put forward countermeasures and the suggestions for the OEM enterprises to acquire the dynamic capabilities.
