The purpose of this research is to empowered the community, in this case Tour Guide in introducing tourism object in South West Minahasa Regency, especially Silian Raya District and to empowered them through their skill as a Marketing Agent in increasing tourists to come to this area, and the third, is to boost the community economy by participating in community businesses in tourism field, which are cooperated with BUNDES. This is due to no marketing strategy that suit to sell the tourism objects by the businessmen in Kecamatan Silian Raya Kabupaten Minahasa Tenggara. The previous marketing strategy through promotion that was implemented not well planned, takes some efforts and steps to synchronize, so the visitationsof tourist will increase.The method of this research used here is descriptive qualitative. Descriptive research is used to get the descriptions of role of Tour guide in increasing the tourist in Kecamatan Silian Raya, while to collect the data in this research are as follow, firstly, through interview to the businessmen, secondly, through observations, that is to observe directly about the existence of tourist in this district, thirdly through documentation which record all of the activity & the tourism objects.The outcome of this research is to put on an acreditate journal such as Hospitality and Tourism journal
The development of syariah banks in Manado city as the capital of North Sulawesi province which has a large number of non-moslem population is quite fast. The bank has many non-moslem customers, even one of the subsidiaries has more non-moslem customers than Moslem customers. This present study aims to describe the perception of non-moslem customers towards bank syariah in Manado city. This research uses a case study approach which is part of qualitative research. Data collection was carried out by participant observation, interviews and documentation. After the analysis was conducted, the result of the study revealed the perception of non-moslem customers toward bank syariah in Manado city was dominated consecutively by the affective (emotional), cognitive (perceptual) and conative (action) components.
Danau Linow adalah salah satu objek wisata yang terletak di Kita Tomohon dan merupakan objek wisata favorit yang dikunjungi oleh para wisatwan baik lokal maupun nasional bahkan wisatawan mancanegara. Topografi Kota Tomohon yang diapit dua gunung yakni Gunung Lokon dan Gunung Mahawu membuat kawasan ini terasa begitu sejuk. Alamnya yang indah dengan sajian utama panorama pegunungan dan perbukitan. Bunga-bunga tumbuh subur di sekitar kawasan ini sehingga Tomohon mendapat julukan Kota Seribu Bunga. Salah satu destinasi wisata unggulan daerah ini adalah Danau Linow, Danau cantik yang memancarkan keindahan 3 warna. Berjarak 30 km dari Kota Manado atau memakan waktu sekitar 1 jam perjalanan, Danau Linow dapat ditempuh 3 km arah ke barat dari Kota Tomohon.
Objek penelitian ini pada objek wista danau linow di kota tomohon. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif yang bersifat kuantitatif. Persepsi wisatawan terhadap kualitas pelayanan pada objek wisata danau linow kota tomohon rata-rata positif.
The growth of Islamic bank assets in North Sulawesi in December 2020 reached 23.44%, even though the non-Muslim population reached 61.53%. One Islamic Bank, Manado branch, has more non-Muslim customers than Muslim customers, so it is interesting to research. This research aims to reveal the factors that influence their decision to become customers of Islamic banks. The data collection methods used in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation to fourteen people consisting of non-Muslim customers of Bank Muamalat Indonesia and Bank Syariah Indonesia Manado Branch. The analysis technique is through reduction and presentation of data to determine conclusions. The results of the study found. They become customers of Islamic banks because of the service, price/cost, product, facilities, references, and benefits. This research can be used as evaluation material and input for the Islamic banking industry.
