In recent years, the pharmacy service of the Republic of Tatarstan has undergone significant structural and qualitative changes, which are caused by the beginning processes of denationalization and privatization. As a result, many pharmacies acquired the status of a legal entity, including pharmacy No. 350 in Kazan.
In recent years the pharmacy service of RT has undergone significant structural and qualitative changes due to the processes of denationalization and privatization. More than 70 pharmacies acquired the status of a legal entity, including pharmacy № 350. In the conditions of the transition period the problem of improving pharmaceutical care to the population, as well as increasing the economic stability of pharmacies become extremely urgent. To solve these problems there is a search for new forms and methods of organizing the work of pharmacies.
The financial and economic analysis of the pharmaceutic institutions of Tatarstan is performed. It is established that in conditions of deficiency of turnover means the pharmaceutic institutions do not use bank credits. The concrete model of using bank credit for increasing the efficiency of pharmacy activities, availability and quality of medicinal aid to population is suggested.
