Synthesis, in vitro Antioxidant, Anthelmintic and Molecular Docking Studies of Novel Dichloro Substituted Benzoxazole-triazolo-thione Derivatives. -Triazolobenzoxazolethione (IV) and its derivatives (VI) and (IX) are synthesized from hydrazinylbenzoxazole (II) which is obtained by an anomalous reaction of hydrazine hydrate with ester (I). In correlation to anthelmintic activity, the compounds are subjected to molecular docking studies for binding to β-tubulin. Compounds (II), (IV), and (VI) show potential radical scavenging capacity with good anthelmintic activity. These ligand molecules reveal minimum binding energies and increased affinities towards the target protein. -(SATYENDRA, R. V.; VISHNUMURTHY*, K. A.; VAGDEVI, H. M.; RAJESH, K.
