Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh pembiayaan Murabahah sebagai variabel mediasi antara Non Perfoming Financing (NPF) terhadap Profitabilitas (ROA). Dalam penelitian ini populasinya adalah laporan keuangan Bank BRI Syariah di Indonesia. Sampel yang digunakan adalah laporan keuangan triwulan periode 2009-2018. Data diperoleh dengan metode purvosive sampling. Hipotesis penelitian ini diuji dengan menggunakan metode analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa NPF berpengaruh positif  signifikan terhadap ROA, Pembiayaan Murabahah berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap ROA, NPF berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap pembiayaan Murabahah, dan pembiayaan Murabahah tidak memediasi pengaruh NPF terhadap ROA.

There has been increasing interest in the use of peer and self-assessment for learners in universities. Such interest is mostly due to the awareness of the significant importance of the two kind of assessments toward students’ learning outcomes. Educators suggest that peer and self-assessment could encourage learners to be more responsible and reflective. This paper will investigate the definition of peer and self-assessment, evidences that could justify the effectiveness of peer and self-assessment, and  some numbers of principles of effective practice in the use of peer and self-assessment.

Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh belanja modal dan pendapatan asli daerah terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Belanja modal dan pendapatan asli daerah sebagai variabel independen. Pertumbuhan ekonomi sebagai variabel dependen. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data sekunder yaitu data yang telah disajikan Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Provinsi Lampung periode 2011-2021. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling, dengan kriteria tahun pemilihan sampel tahun 2011-2021 atau selama 11 tahun, memilih data belanja modal, pendapatan asli daerah dan pertumbuhan ekonomi yang diterbitkan oleh Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Provinsi Lampung. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini SPSS versi 21. Penelitian ini memperoleh hasil yangmenyatakan bahwa Belanja modal berpengaruh positif terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Pendapatan asli daerah berpengaruh negatif terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Belanja modal dan pendapatan asli daerah secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi.   Kata Kunci : Belanja Modal, Pendapatan Asli Daerah, Pertumbuhan Ekonomi

This study aims to determine the relationship between profitability, good corporate governance, dividend policy, and firm value from 2016-2018 in manufacturing companies at ISSI. This study uses classical assumption tests and path analysis. The results show that the board of commissioners has a significant negative effect on profitability and has no impact on firm value. The audit committee and dividend policy do not affect profitability and firm value. Profitability has a significant positive effect on firm value. Profitability mediates the impact of the board of commissioners and dividend policy but does not mediate the audit committee on firm value. This finding shows a relationship between variables that impact firm value. The implication of this research is to suggest that investors need to look at the company's prospects by paying attention to the company's value and analyzing the company's performance by considering the influencing factors. How to Cite:Safitri, R., Lidyah, R., & Rachmania. This research was motivated by the rise of public discussion about the circulation of videos of the conversation between Rini Soemarno and Sofyan Basir in the YouTube Law & Justice News and Investigation channel. Researchers conducted an analysis seen from netizen comments regarding the contents of the video. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a virtual ethnographic approach to determine the existence of video conversations of Rini Soemarno and Sofyan Basir in the YouTube Law & Justice News and Investigation channel. The main object of the study was the video of the conversation between Rini Soemarno and Sofyan Basir in the YouTube Law & Justice News and Investigation channel. Data collection techniques are carried out through participatory observation and literature studies. The results showed that netizen comments related to the contents of the video of the conversation between Rini Soemarno and Sofyan Basir on YouTube Law & Justice News and Investigation channel: 1) netizens tended to be divided into two major groups - pro against Rini Soemarno and contra to Rini Soemarno, very few netizens looked at the case is neutral; 2) netizens are still lured to vilify other netizens who have disagreements with him; 3) netizens are still provoked to use rude and disrespectful language related to their opinions; and 4) netizens who are pro and contra against Rini Soemarno trying to find a rationalization of his opinion. Penelitian yang dilakukan ini dilatarbelakangi maraknya perbincangan publik tentang beredarnya video percakapan Rini Soemarno dan Sofyan Basir di channel YouTube Law & Justice Berita dan Investigasi. Peneliti melakukan analisis dilihat dari komentar netizen terkait isi video tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan etnografi virtual untuk mengetahui keberadaan video percakapan Rini Soemarno dan Sofyan Basir di channel YouTube Law & Justice Berita dan Investigasi. Obyek utama dari penelitian adalah video percakapan Rini Soemarno dan Sofyan Basir di channel YouTube Law & Justice Berita dan Investigasi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan melalui observasi partisipatif dan studi literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komentar netizen terkait isi video percakapan Rini Soemarno dan Sofyan Basir di channel YouTube Law & Justice Berita dan Investigasi: 1) netizen cenderung terbagi menjadi dua kelompok besar – pro terhadap Rini Soemarno dan kontra terhadap Rini Soemarno, sangat sedikit netizen yang memandang kasus tersebut secara netral; 2) netizen tetap terpancing untuk menjelekkan netizen lain yang memiliki perbedaan pendapat dengan dirinya; 3) netizen tetap terpancing untuk menggunakan bahasa kasar dan tidak sopan terkait pendapat yang disampaikannya; dan 4) netizen yang pro dan kontra terhadap Rini Soemarno berusaha untuk mencari rasionalisasi atas pendapat yang disampaikannya.
