La estrategia didáctica de industrialización de productos alimenticios, para la creación de proyectos de empresas es un trabajo investigativo que tuvo como objetivo conocer sobre la situación laboral y emprendimiento de los graduados del centro educativo Colegio Pedro Tobías Zambrano Vera del cantón Chone, mediante un enfoque positivista cuantitativo. Se empleó el método a nivel teórico inductivo y deductivo y, del método empírico la observación, y la aplicación de una encuesta a los estudiantes del segundo año de bachillerato técnico y graduados. Se evidenció que un porcentaje significativo que tanto de graduados hombres como mujeres no se encuentra laborando, como los datos infieren que del segmento de graduados investigados ninguno tiene un emprendimiento y aquellos que se encuentran laborando no están satisfechos con su labor y aspiran un emprendimiento. Los estudiantes confirmaron que están satisfechos con los conocimientos de industrialización en su pensum de estudios, no obstante, confirmaron que es necesario que los laboratorios y su infraestructura no son adecuados para el desarrollo específico del perfil. Se concluyó que es necesario capacitar a los estudiantes para que adquieran una visión más amplia de las formas en que puedan crear proyectos de emprendimiento. Didactic strategy for the industrialization of food products, to motivate the creation of business projects in the students ABSTRACT The didactic strategy for the industrialization of food products, for the creation of business projects, is an investigative work that aimed to learn about the employment situation and entrepreneurship of the graduates in the Educational Center Pedro Tobías Zambrano Vera in Chone canton, using a quantitative positivist approach. The applied method theoretical level was the inductive and deductive, and from the empirical method, the observation, and a survey to the students of the second year of technical baccalaureate and graduates. It was evidenced that a significant percentage of both male and female graduates are not working, as the data infer that of the segment of graduates investigated, none have an undertaking and those who are working are not satisfied with their work and aspire to an undertaking. The students confirmed that they are satisfied with the industrialization knowledge in their curriculum, however, they confirmed that it is necessary that the laboratories and their infrastructure are not suitable for the specific development of the profile. It was concluded that it is necessary to train students to acquire a broader vision of the ways in which they can create entrepreneurship projects.
