RESUMO: Objetivo: descrever as percepções dos enfermeiros que trabalham em um pronto-socorro de atendimento para pacientes adultos acerca da humanização e acolhimento com classificação de risco. Método: estudo descritivo, exploratório e qualitativo realizado por meio de um questionário estruturado e entrevista semiestruturada com 14 enfermeiros. A amostra foi composta por enfermeiros com predominância do sexo feminino (86%), com idade média de 38 anos. O material das entrevistas foi analisado utilizando a técnica de Análise de Conteúdo. Resultados: a análise das entrevistas foi categorizada e agrupada por meio das características semelhantes, extraindo-se a temática da humanização, do acolhimento, classificação de risco e política nacional de humanização a partir das percepções dos entrevistados. Considerações Finais: os sujeitos entendem os conceitos ampliados de acolhimento e humanização, porém, a prática depende da forma como cada um os aplica, tornando essa atividade uma subjetividade que envolve o cotidiano profissional. This article aims to rescue aspects of the performing therapeutic of the Day Hospital (HD) Dr Elger Nunes, Natal, Rio Grande do Norte, Brazil, during its term, and analyze the results regarding to the number of patients assisted from 1996 to 2004. This is an empirical, descriptive and exploratory study, ex post facto with a quantitative approach, carried out through the analysis of the records of 910 people attended in the hospital. The data was submitted to the informational resource software Microsoft Excel and converted into diagrams. The results show a greater accessibility to this treatment modality, decreasing in hospitalization-time length and improving hospital discharge conditions for users, with reduction in number of patients who interrupted treatment. It focus on the importance of the Day Hospital in the process of psychiatric reform, with care grounded on the use of the humanized therapeutic practices, and still not losing the bond with family and society.
ABSTRACT ABSTRACT It is an exploratory-descriptive study that aimed to analyze the disability retirement of employees of the UFRN for mental and behavioral disorders in the period 2000-2005. The sample was obtained from records of the DAS / PRH / UFRN. Of 43 retirees, 58% were men, 41% retire between 41-50 years and 35% between 51-60 years, 44% occupied position / function for the high school level and 28% for the elementary level. The mood disorders lead to 61% of the retirements by mental alienation, followed by thought disorders (19%), organic mental disorders and personality disorder (4%). We found that they lived with intense psychological distress creating an indirect burden on their lives and on their family's life facing lost opportunities of life and to the adjusted years of disability affecting their work. La muestra se obtuvo en los registros de la DAS / PRH / UFRN. De las 43 jubilaciones, 58% eran hombres, 41% tenía entre 41-50 años y 35% entre 51-60 años, que, 44% ocupaba puesto/función del nivel medio y 28% del nivel elemental. Los trastornos del estado de ánimo causado el 61% de las jubilaciones por alienación mental, seguido por el trastorno del pensamiento (19%), trastornos mentales orgánicos y de la personalidad (4%). Se concluye que vivían con el sufrimiento psíquico intenso generando una carga indirecta en sus vidas y la de sus familias frente a la pérdida de oportunidades y de años de vida ajustados por discapacidad que afectan lo trabajo. Analisamos os 42 estudos de caso, formatados em um corpus a luz do programa informático ALCESTE. Inferimos que para este grupo de alunos a representação social é estabelecida entre adquirir conhecimento para ser terapêutico como aluno e profissional. Esta competência o torna hábil para lidar com os transtornos mentais na perspectiva deste serviço, assim como no modelo oficial de atenção à saúde. Objective: Identify the knowledge of mental health service managers about the national mental health policy. Method: This is a qualitative study conducted with 20 coordinators, who were submitted to a structured interview. Data were categorized in a thematic analysis using ALCESTE software. Results: The results produced the following categories: Back to society: protagonism and autonomy of patients; Interprofessional team: assignments and activities; Structuring of a psychosocial care network; Challenges affecting the service; Distance between policy and practice. Final Considerations: Public managers demonstrated they are aware of the key concepts for effective structuring of a psychosocial care network based on patient protagonism and autonomy, the assignments and activities performed by interprofessional teams, and the challenges found while structuring a psychosocial care network.
