Komitmen organisasional merupakan identifikasi, loyalitas, dan keterlibatan yang dinyatakan oleh karyawan, organisasi atau unit organisasi. Komitmen organisasional juga dipandang sebagai respon afektif pada organisasi secara menyeluruh, yang kemudian menunjukkan suatu respon afektif pada aspek khusus pekerjaan. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran mediasi motivasi kerja pada pengaruh kompensasi terhadap komitmen organisasional. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh dengan populasi sebanyak 146 karyawan dengan respon rate sebesar 73,79 % yaitu 107 karyawan. Selanjutnya data yang telah terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan empat hipotesis yang diajukan dapat diterima. Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional, kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja, dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional. Penelitian ini juga menginformasikan bahwa motivasi kerja secara signifikan memediasi pengaruh kompensasi terhadap komitmen organisasional.
ABSTRACT Organizational commitment is a person’s condition to side with or maintain the membership status within an organization. Research is to analyze the influence of compensation and work motivation on organizational commitment in Jenggala Keramik Bali (Ltd.). The research objects are compensation, motivation and organizational commitment. Population of 146 employees and the sample is 60 by using Slovin’s formula. Data collection is observation, interview and questionnaires. The analysis technique is the multiple linear regression. Strategies for Increasing Internationalization in Wood Craft SMEs in Gianyar Regency.This study discusses the opportunities, challenges, strengths and weaknesses of wood craft SMEsin Gianyar Regency, Bali. The results of the Assessment will be used as a basis for developing aninternationalization improvement strategy. The analysis used in this research is SWOT Analysisand External Internal Matrix. The results showed that wood handicraft SMEs in Gianyar Regencyhad strengths and good opportunities in improving their international performance. Based on theexisting environment, these SMEs are in a determined position (carefully). Therefore, a suitablebusiness strategy to be developed is a Product Development strategy by focusing on developingproduct diversification, differentiating, branding of products, maximizing cooperation in shippinggoods, and increasing the number of alternative suppliers, in order to improve international quality.
