Culture is the main value of the existence of not only individual peoples and small ethnic groups but also states. There is such a concept as the cultural unity of the world. That is, it is necessary to realise that the cultural values accumulated by peoples over the centuries do not belong to one particular institution or country, but are common to all mankind. It is for this reason that to establish a multi-vector cultural connection in the world as a whole, it is worth starting with the unification of all people of this culture. Multi-vector cultural communication was forced to rely primarily on previously prepared paradigms. It was conducted all over the world through the “West-East” antinomy. The study examines the world experience of establishing multi-vector cultural ties. The term globalisation is explained and focuses on the views of the nation in the era of globalisation when goods and money are exchanged endlessly in the conditions of globalisation. The qualitative changes that have occurred in the cultural life of the people since the proclamation of independence by the Republic of Kazakhstan are considered. The emergence of a qualitatively new global geopolitical and geo-economic situation forces modern Kazakhstan to reconsider its position in the world. The purpose of the study is to consider the multi-vector cultural connection as a means of integrating the Republic of Kazakhstan into the world community. The paper uses the method of analysis of legal documents and a historical approach. It is concluded that a multi-vector cultural connection is an objective necessity, which has brought a lot of benefits on the path of gradual integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan into the world community since independence. One of its results is that Kazakhstan is a prosperous regional state, an initiator of regional integration processes, and an active participant in global and regional structures. Thus, the spectrum of multi-vector cultural ties is vast, and the area under study is very diverse and plays a special role in the upbringing of generations
In recent decades, linguists have moved from the study of language as a selfcontained system of units to the study of its interaction with the consciousness and thinking of a linguistic personality. In this regard, reconstruction and orientation in the linguistic picture of the world of other people is a necessary fundamental basis for cognitive, linguo-cultural and linguistic research proper, based on the language of this people, which is not native to the researcher. In view of the above, the relevance of the study is due to the interest in studying the phenomenon of the interaction of language and culture as a way to preserve national identity in the era of globalization and the problems of a linguistic personality. Cultural, scientific and economic contacts between countries that have increased in our time contribute to the fact that the themes of "Linguistics and Culture", "Linguistic Personality", "Linguistic Ideology", "Linguistic Culture", and "National Character" become a priority in linguistics, which applies to multinational English material is especially relevant. The purpose of the work is to search and determine the factors that form the world language picture of the and conditional education cultural dominants in the language, by identifying and analyzing culturally meaningful vocabulary of the world linguistic picture.
The interest in the sacred problem, clearly felt throughout the centuries, was caused by those socio-historical processes called social disasters, which raised the question of the very possibility of the existence of modern man. In the modern century, the process of destroying the fundamental foundations of traditional life, the growth of an ever-deeper feeling of losing a person's sense of stable, guaranteed being, became clearly apparent. Similar processes took place in Kazakhstan, in the history of which, over the centuries, the events of the beginning and the end of the century are surprisingly synchronized when it comes to their impact. The essence of these events was a sharp demolition of the integrity of the way of life and the transition to new foundations of being. The relevance of our study is determined, on the one hand, by the realities of the modern state of society, the intensity of experiencing the deep needs of its development, and, on the other, by the state and logic of the development of historical, cultural, philosophical and religious knowledge. As for the first aspect, it is determined, firstly, by the systemic crisis experienced by civilization, the essential feature of which is the destruction of the fundamental foundations of traditional life, the growing sensation of loss of the person's lasting guaranteed existence. This caused the rapid development of new anthropological concepts that seek to comprehend the "position of man in space," the main ways of its constitution, and the main directions of socio-cultural determination. Secondly, the complexity of the transitional processes of the modern world, the dramatic tension in the atmosphere of spiritual life. The essence of this period is rooted in a radical and fast-paced change of the whole lifestyle.
