Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi meningkatkan minat menabung di Bank Syariah melalui penerapan religiusitas dan minat menabung di Bank Syariah. Inti masalah penelitian ini mengenai penerapan religiusitas masyarakat Indonesia untuk segala aspek terutama dalam mengelola keuangan sehingga mempengaruhi minat masyarakat dalam memilih Bank dan pertumbuhan Bank Syariah berbanding terbalik dengan pertumbuhan penduduk mayoritas muslim di Indonesia sehingga perlu dilakukan analisis mengenai penerapan religiusitas terhadap peningkatan minat menabung masyarakat. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan penyebaran kuesioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode yaitu kuantitatif dengan pendekatan statistik deskriptif dan verifikatif. Analisis data menggunakan uji statistik yang terdiri dari analisis regresi sederhana, analisis korelasi dan koefisien determinasi, dan uji t. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampling insidental dan jumlah sampelnya adalah 98 orang dari jumlah populasi nasabah Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Antapani Bandung sebanyak 5.664 nasabah. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa hubungan religiusitas termasuk dalam kategori rendah, tetapi mengarah positif. Pengujian yang dilakukan secara parsial variabel religiusitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat menabung masyarakat di Lingkungan Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Antapani Bandung.
The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of consumer trust and website quality on purchase intention in Bukalapak e-commerce platform. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed online by means of Google Forms. 100 sample respondents were selected purposively. The sample criterion is having an experience of buying products from Bukalapak at least once. The results of data analysis revealed that consumer trust and website quality had significant positive influence on purchase intention both partially and simultaneously.
The purpose of this study is to determine the role of brand trust in achieving the competitive advantage of PT Pos Indonesia Bandung freight forwarding services. The method in this study uses quantitative methods. This research uses the Stastical Pakage for the Social Sciences (SPSS) program which aims to measure the effect of brand trust on the competitive advantage of PT Pos Indonesia Bandung freight forwarding services. The sampling technique of this study used purposive sampling and the determination of samples was calculated using the Rao Purba formula with a total sample of 96 people. The respondents of this study were users of freight forwarding services, especially PT Pos Indonesia and other freight forwarding services (TIKI, JNE, JT, etc.). The design of this study uses descriptive and verification to assess the picture and influence between variables. The results of this study indicate that brand trust has a positive and significant effect on the competitive advantage of PT Pos Indonesia Bandung freight forwarding services.
ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze leadership style, employee performance and the influence of leadership style on the performance of employees of PT Lintas Mediatama Bandung. This study uses a non probability sampling technique with a type of census. The population in this study were thirty employees of PT Lintas Mediatama Bandung. All population members are used as samples. Data collection methods are divided into primary data and secondary data. primary data collection using observation, questionnaires, and interviews. Secondary data collection uses literature studies and scientific journal references. Test of research instruments such as frequency calculation, validity and reliability test the author uses SPSS version 20. The results of the study show that there is a relationship between leadership style and employee performance. The leadership style has a positive influence on employee performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan minat kunjung wisatawan pada Museum Foto 3D Amazing Art World Bandung melalui media sosial. Museum Foto 3D Amazing Art World adalah sebuah tempat wisata di Bandung yang memiliki konten kesenian. Museum foto ini juga mengusung konsep 3D Amazing Art World dan menjadi museum foto 3D terbesar di dunia. Museum Foto 3D Amazing Art World telah melakukan berbagai inovasi untuk memasarkan jasa rekreasi ini salah satunya dengan menggunakan media sosial namum sampai saat ini jumlah pengunjung masih belum sesuai harapan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan purposive sampling dengan responden 96 orang sebagai pengguna aktif sosial instagram. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat pengaruh media sosial saat ini pada Museum Foto 3D Amazing Art World masih belum menigkatkan minat kunjung, dengan hasil pengaruhnya masih rendah hal ini dikarenakan foto di media sosial masih belum mengkomunikasikan secara optimal.
