Relationships between doctors and patients in the field of medicine, also known as therapeutic transactions, in which both parties have rights and obligations that must be carried out fairly and in a balanced manner. A contractual notion or agreement, which is a written or oral agreement made by two or more parties, is required for the connection to be balanced. In health care, there are two sorts of legal ties between patients and doctors: therapeutic contracts and relationships governed by laws and regulations. When a first relationship is formed, it begins with a (unwritten) agreement that assumes both parties' wishes would be met once an agreement is reached. Regulatory interactions typically occur because doctors' obligations are imposed by their profession without the requirement for patient permission. In interdependent health services, the contractual idea relationship between doctors and patients can be balanced if each party understands their rights and obligations. Either a lawsuit based on default or an alleged legal infraction is the issue. The plaintiff (patient) must be able to show that the defendant's (doctor's) fault or carelessness caused the patient's injury. Both parties must be aware of their rights and obligations in order for the contractual relationship between a doctor and a patient to be balanced. The most crucial thing to understand about the contractual notion in prosthodontic specialized health services is ethics. Dental ethics is defined as the application of moral concepts and virtues to the profession of dentistry.
This paper has an objective to apply PDCA methodology as a way to improve the quality of production processes in the beverage industry. As part of it, a prior analysis has been done and found the highest breakdown was in the conditioning area of the bottle making production. It has been proofed by the secondary data which showedthe average breakdown in the conditioning area of the bottle making production was about 40% from July to September 2019. A preliminary brainstorming involved a manager and a supervisor of the production department to identify the possible causes of the problem. From brainstorming, there were several potential causes of the breakdown problem have been identified using the cause and effect analysis. They were categorised from machine, man and method factors. For machine factors the potential causes came from the faulty conditioning capacitors, the cable of power condition was short, semi-finished bottle burns in conditioning and low of reliability of conditioning sensors. Meanwhile, from the man factor the potential causes came from the lack of skill from operators in centering the conditioning of the collect. Therefore, from the method factor, the cause was because lack of method with relation to the centering conditioning of the collect. The next stage of this research will apply PDCA methodology to overcome the problem and improve the quality of processes in this company.
Research it aims to: (1) MKnowing the difference in the speaking ability of children taught by the storytelling method compared to children taught using the conversation method; (2) Knowing the difference in speaking ability of children with high social skills and children with low social skills; and (3) Knowing the interaction of learning methods and social skills in influencing early childhood speech skills. The sample in this study is children in grades B1 and B2 as many as 32 students. Collecting data in this study used the observation guidelines for social skills and observation guidelines for early childhood speaking skills. Hypothesis testing is done by using the Two Way Anova test. The results showed that: (1)There is a significant difference between the children's speaking skills taught by the storytelling method compared to the conversational method (Fcount = 26.925 and sig. 0.000> 0.05); (2) The speaking skills of children who have high social skills are higher than those who have low social skills (Fcount = 11.867 and sig. 0.043> 0.02); and (3) There is an interaction between learning methods and social skills in influencing children's speaking skills (Fcount = 13.618 and sig. 0.001> 0.05)
