The problem in this research is the low learning outcomes of low grade students at SD Negeri 1 Rama Murti. This study aims to determine the significant relationship between the role of parents in mentoring and learning outcomes, the role of parents in learning motivation and learning outcomes, the role of parents in mentoring and learning motivation, and the role of parents in mentoring and learning motivation together with learning outcomes of low grade. This type of research is ex-postfacto correlation. The data collection techniquesused werw questionnaires and documentation study. The instrument for data collection is a questionnarie with a linkert scale, wich was previously tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis using product moment correlation multiple correlation. The result showed that there was a significant relationship between the role of parents in mentoring and learning motivation together with learning outcomes with a correlation coefficient value of 0,687 being at a level of “Strong”.
The problem in this study is that students have difficulty learning mathematics during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study is aims to determine the factors of learning difficulties in mathematics in fourth grade students of SDS Tri Sukses, with the limitation of the problem of factors of learning difficulties in mathematics and efforts to overcome difficulties in learning mathematics in grade IV students of SDS Tri Sukses. The research method in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques with interviews, observation and documentation. The data in the analysis refers to the data of Miles and Hubberman with the following steps: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that the factors that cause difficulty in learning mathematics come from internal factors, namely the health of students who are not optimal, negative attitudes in learning mathematics, student interest, and student motivation is still low. External factors include the use of teaching methods that are less varied, the lack of use of learning media, the relationship between educators and students who are less close and the family environment. Efforts made in overcoming difficulties in learning mathematics are teachers always provide motivation, provide contextual or real learning, increase interest in learning and help and guide students who have difficulty learning mathematics
One of the abilities and qualifications of prospective teachers is the result of their participation in the School Field Introduction (PLP) program. PLP is expected to be one of the efforts to prepare competent and prospective teacher candidates in the world of work. Field experience in teacher education programs helps students grow and develop as teachers. Field experience, an important component of teacher preparation. PLP aims to strengthen students' academic abilities in education and learning through activities in schools. The method used is descriptive qualitative with interview instruments and drawing conclusions. Sources of data are student teacher candidates who do PLP in schools in Bandar Lampung. The subjects in the study were student teacher candidates who held PLP in schools in Bandar Lampung. The research subject selection technique used snowball sampling technique. The results of this study, the PLP activity planning indicators are carried out by procedurally making activity agendas in the form of circulars addressed to students, heads of study programs and heads of departments, collaborating with the Education Office, determining partner schools, placing placements, preparing orientation and debriefing materials. implementation indicators during the Coronavirus Disease (Covid-19) emergency period, teaching exercises and extracurricular assistance cannot be optimal because most of the implementation is online. And the indicators for the assessment of components and weights of the PLP assessment consist of: 10% attendance on campus and schools and 40% Oral Examination by PLP supervisors.
