Work life balance is needed in an organization to support the success of the organization. This research aims to determine the influence of working hours and supervisor support on the work life balance of generation Y employees of PT Bank Syariah Mandiri on Lombok Island. Respondents in this research used the population of generation Y employees of 89 respondents. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS software. The results showed there are working hours had a significant negative effect and supervisor support had a significant positive effect on the work life balance of generation Y employees of PT Bank Syariah Mandiri on Lombok Island. Flexible Working hours arrangements, overtime restrictions, manage a good relationships with employees, provide motivation, attention to complaints, create a family atmosphere in leadership can improve the work life balance of employees.
