ABSTRAKInvestasi merupakan penanaman sejumlah dana dalam bentuk uang maupun barang yang diharapkan akan memberikan hasil di kemudian hari. Investor tidak mengetahui dengan pasti hasil yang akan diperoleh dari investasi yang mereka lakukan. Dalam keadaan semacam itu dapat dikatakan bahwa investor tersebut menghadapi risiko dalam investasi yang dilakukan. Langkah pendekatan yang dapat dilakukan oleh para investor dalam menghadapi risiko investasi adalah melakukan penghitungan dalam pemilihan dan penentuan portofolio serta pola perilaku investor di bursa dalam transaksi jual beli saham. Hakikat pembentukan portofolio adalah mengalokasikan dana pada berbagai alternatif investasi atau melakukan diversifikasi pada beberapa aktiva finansial, sehingga risiko investasi secara keseluruhan akan dapat diminimalkan. <p>This study aims to determine intellectual capital, Islamicity performance index, and financial performance on Islamic banks in Indonesia for 2015-2020. Islamicity performance index was proxied by a profit-sharing ratio, zakat performance ratio, and Islamic income vs. non-Islamic income, and financial performance was proxied by return on asset (ROA). This study uses causal associative research using a quantitative approach. The population of this study was all Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia for the 2015-2020 period, with a sample of 7 banks. Sampling was done by the purposive sampling method. Data collection uses secondary data, namely the documentation technique, by taking the annual report of each Islamic commercial bank in Indonesia for the 2015-2020 period. Data analysis technique using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that intellectual capital has a positive and significant effect on return on asset (ROA), profit sharing ratio has a significant negative effect on return on asset (ROA), zakat performance ratio has a positive and significant effect on return on asset (ROA), and Islamic income vs. non-Islamic income has a positive and significant effect on return on asset (ROA).</p><p><em>Keywords: Intellectual Capital; Profit Sharing Ratio; Zakat Performance Ratio Islamic Income vs Non-Islamic Income</em>; <em>and</em> <em>Financial Performance.</em></p>
<span>The development of Islamic banking is directed to provide great benefit to society and contribute optimally to the national economy. Islamic banking system and conventional banking system together synergistically supports the mobilization of public funds broadly improve the ability of finance to sectors of national economy. Together with the development of Islamic banking industry in Indonesia, there are many controversies from the community, where most problems highlighted are sticking the label of syariah in Islamic financial institutions are still considered not feasible. Based to these problems, researchers want to conduct this research on the suitability of the annual report disclosure practices of Islamic banks in Indonesia to the reporting standards that reflect the ideal of Islamic Corporate Identity.This study using a checklist for the data analysis consisting of the five themes and the eight dimensions that are should be disclosed in annual reports of Islamic banks. From the results of the assessment aspect of the checklist is then poured in the index EII (ethical identity index). From the calculation of EII, it can be seen that the annual report disclosure practices syariah banks for 2007, 2008, and 2009, has approached the ideal reporting standards that reflect the Islamic Corporate Identity.</span>
This study aims to examine the effect of dividend policy on firm value with capital structure as a moderating variable. The research was conducted on manufacturing companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2019. The purposive sampling technique took the research data. Data analysis used a moderated regression analysis. The findings of this study indicate that the dividend policy increases firm value. However, this analysis demonstrates that the capital structure has a moderating influence on the effect of dividends on firm value. Investors in Indonesia's capital market have reacted positively to manufacturing businesses' dividend payout policies. However, if the company's capital structure is highly leveraged, this reaction will be diminished.
