Kindergarten children’s still have difficulty to work in a team. Some of them still focus on their own activities without regard to their friends. This shows that there are deficiencies in the learning process so that children empathy does not yet develop. The purpose of this study was to examine the effectiveness of storytelling and roleplaying media in increasing empathy skills of kindergarten students. The research method was a quasi-experimental design. The subject was kindergarten students who were within the age range of 5-6 in Genuk district in which samples were 31 students as the experimental class and 21 students as the control class. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis, paired t-test, and independent t-test. The results showed that the storytelling and roleplaying media could significantly increase empathy of early childhood (AUD), the average score of AUD social empathy of the experimental class was higher than that of the control class and 32.46% of AUD social empathy in the experimental class was in the Developing as Expected (BSH). Therefore, it could be concluded that the application of storytelling and roleplaying method was effective in increasing social empathy skills compared to the application of storytelling media only.
ABSTRACT The problem in this study is the high intention of the people of Banjarnegara in Making repeat purchases through the online marketplace. There are several factors that repurchase intention, such as : perception of ease andstore brand image. This study aims to determine the effect of perception of ease and store brand image on repurchase intentions in the online marketplace with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. The population in this study is the Banjarnegara community of 923,192 people. While the sample of this study was 100 respondents. With purposive sampling technique. The type of data used is primary data and data collection techniques using a questionnaire via google form. The results of this study indicate that perceived ease has no positive and insignificant effect on repurchase intention. Store brand image has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention. Perception of convenience has no negative and insignificant effect on customer satisfaction. Store brand image has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intentions. Customer satisfaction cannot mediate the relationship between perceived convenience and repurchase intention. ABSTRACT The problem in this study is that nurses are the spearhead of health services in hospitals and are one of the keys to improving the quality of services in hospitals. For this reason, it is necessary to pay attention to the performance of nurses in carrying out their duties and functions in providing professional services to patients. This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of social support, workload and incentives on the performance of nurses in RSUD Hj. Anna Lasmanah Banjarnegara This study uses a quantitative approach. The data used in this research is primary data with questionnaire distribution technique. The population in this study were nurses at RSUD Hj. Anna Lasmanah Banjarnegara. The sampling technique in this study was using the slovin calculation and obtained a sample of 135 respondents. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 16 software. The results showed that partially social support and workload variables had a significant effect on nurse performance. While the variable of incentives does not have a significant effect on the performance of nurses. It is known that the coefficient of determination in this study is 0.430 (43%), meaning that the percentage of the influence of independent variables, namely social support, workload and incentives on nurse performance is 43% while the remaining 57% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.
ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the potentiality that exists in the Curug Mrawu Tieng Ecotourism area and its relationship with the Index of Developing Villages (IDV) in the Batur village. The assessment is carried out all of the carrying capacity for the suitability of nature tourism and also analyzes the internal and external environment of the area, as well as calculating the values of the building village indicators to obtain a tourism area development strategy and the development of village independence. This research is descriptive study using qualitative methods. Data collection techniques namely, observation, interviews and documentation. For analytical tools using SWOT analysis and assessing Index of Developing Villages. The results of this study indicate that the assessment of the carrying capacity of the area is very adequate to be a tourist area. The assessment of tourist objects and natural attractions included in Good Categories. The regional analysis for tourism are at Potential Intervals. The IDV Batur villages are in the classification Developing Village. The SWOT analysis result area can be used to improve the assessment of the IDV indicators, namely: SO (Strengths-Opportunities) strategy with Environmental Resilience Index and Economic Resilience Index; WO (Weakness-Opportunities) strategy with Economic Resilience Index And Social Resilience Index; ST (Strengths-Threats) strategy with Economic Resilience Index and Social Resilience Index; and WT (Weakness-Threats) strategy with Environmental Resilience Index.
ABSTRACT The problem in this study is the effect of organizational commitment and the application of good governance principles on service quality. This research is located at the Research and Development Planning Agency of Banjarnegara Regency, this study aims to explain the influence of organizational commitment variables and the application of good governance principles in a passive and simultaneous way on service quality. This research is a quantitative research. The data used in this study is primary data with a questionnaire technique. The population in this study are people who carry out research permits and data request permits in the Research, Development and Planning Program. The sampling technique in this study is to use the slovin calculation and obtained a sample of 100 respondents. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 24 software. The results of this study indicate that partially the organizational commitment variable has no effect on service quality and the variable application of the principles of good governance has a positive and significant effect on service quality. Meanwhile, simultaneously organizational commitment and the application of good governance principles affect service quality.
