Changes in social culture on digital transformation in Indonesia have both positive and negative implications. This article presents a new anti-thesis in digital economy thinking, namely changes in people's behavior. The purpose of this study is to determine the sociocultural changes of society in the digital transformation of eocnomy, the externalities of the digital economy, and the adverse impact of the slow legality of legislation. This research is a qualitative descriptive that uses indepth interviews from several key informants, so as to obtain valid data saturation based on the interviews that have been conducted. The analysis of this study used data triangulation, namely documents, interviews, and observations. The results show that the digital transformation of the economy will always be influenced by externalities, and these externalities can be negative or positive. The stigma of society in this case becomes important to be able to avoid the negative impact of transformation. Often transformation is not accompanied by clear legality of legislation, so legality in Indonesia seems slow to adapt to social and economic changes. Legality is based on events, but when an event has grown and harmed many societies, then the legality is formed. There will always be a fee to be paid to exchange the slow legality of the legislation.
Abstrak Program Pengabdian masyarakat dalam semester ini adalah mengembangkan Usaha Kecil Mandiri (UKM) lanjutan dari produksi minuman Susu Sari Kedelai di Kecamatan Sawahan Surabaya. Permasalahan yang dihadapi saat ini adalah mahalnya harga bahan baku kedelai yang mengakibatkan menurunnya permintaan akan minuman saridele pada mitra dan banyaknya sisa penualan susu sari kedelai yang tidak habis terjual dalam sehari. Untuk mengatasi masalah pemasaran yang terbatas maka kami menawarkan diversifikasi produk olahan minuman susu sari kedelai menjadi produk makanan ringan yaitu pudding pada segmen pasar yang lebih luas agar hasil produksi olahan Susu Kedelai dapat terjual lebih banyak baik berupa makanan atau minuman saridele. Penjualan yang lebih luas wilayahnya akan dapat meningkatkan pendapatan usaha mitra UKM. Dalam rangka untuk mempertahankan kontinuitas operasional usaha dimasa yang akan datang juga diperlukan tata kelola manahemen usaha yang lebih baik dan dimungkinkan juga memberdayakan usaha kerjasama dengan mitra lain non wirausahawan. Implementasi program pengabdian ini antara lain meliputi: 1) Memberikan pelatihan produksi Pudding Saridele. 2) Melakukan pendampingan dalam memilih pasar potensial, promosi dan lokasi penjualan. 3) Memberikan pendampingan pembuatan merk/logo kemasan. 4) Memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam menentukan varian cita rasa Pudding Susu Kedelai. 5) Memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam menentukan biaya produksi. 6) Memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam penyusunan laporan keuangan. Purpose: The purpose of the study is to test and analyze the Influence of Service Marketing, Referral Marketing, Trust Icon Corporate on Radical Marketing through Customer Satisfaction at Bank Jatim Sememi Branch Surabaya. Design/methodology/approach: Purposive Sampling Method. The total sample of 100 Customer Respondents at Bank Jatim Sememi Branch. This research is a Survey Research and Quantitative approach. The data analysis technique of this study uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. Findings: The results of Service Marketing Research do not directly affect Customer Satisfaction, Referral Marketing has a direct effect on Customer Satisfaction, Trust Icon Corporate does not directly affect Customer Satisfaction, Service Marketing has a direct effect on Radical Marketing, Referral Marketing has a direct effect on Radical Marketing, Trust Icon Corporate directly affects Radical Marketing. Service Marketing does not have an indirect effect on Radical Marketing through Customer Satisfaction. Radical Marketing does not have an indirect effect on Radical Marketing through Customer Satisfaction. Trust Icon Corporate does not indirectly affect Radical Marketing through Customer Satisfaction. The purpose of this PPM activity is to help business actors of Krupuk Ikan Gabus SME Partners to provide understanding to business actors about the factors supporting business activities, namely legality and business management factors so that business activities carried out are not only profit-oriented, but business activities can continue to develop in the future by paying attention to and applying supporting factors for business activities. The specific objectives are: so that partners of Krupuk Ikan Gabus Products can earn income from the results of the products they make in order to be able to work on the economy with maximum achievements in accordance with the problems or problems that partners do. Furthermore, in order to be able to raise the level of his life in living his life. The target of this PPM Activity at this Snakehead Fish Product Partner is to make Employee SOPs, training on making Simple Financial reports, Making new Krupuk Packaging, Helping Digital Marketing so that income increases, Coaching and training employees for hygenic product production, training and coaching on management in good inventory and business management, helping to make logos, media banners and pamlets for advertising. The method implemented in this Community Empowerment Program is through business mentoring techniques including partner mindset coaching, business capital assistance online marketing training, training and financial report coaching, product promotion assistance, quality and quality snakehead fish krupuk production assistance, business management training, and training on selecting the most desirable krupuk flavors. The results of the Community Empowerment Program activities significantly increased the income and productivity of this group of community partners higher before, significantly understanding the business knowledge well, starting from good production, very fast sales and digital marketing as well as improvements in hygenic science in the management of these krupuk products.
