RESUMO. Na atualidade é de suma relevância discutir a assistência ao usuário de drogas na Atenção Primária à Saúde, uma vez que o uso de substâncias psicoativas causa aos usuários graves agravos biopsicossociais. Nesse contexto, objetivou-se analisar a assistência a usuários de drogas na Atenção Primária à Saúde a partir dos discursos de profissionais da ESF. Para tanto, optou-se por um estudo com abordagem qualitativa, com a utilização da hermenêutica para análise das informações coletadas a partir de entrevistas em profundidade. A pesquisa foi realizada em unidades de Saúde da Família localizadas no município de Fortaleza, Ceará. Observase que a Atenção Primária à Saúde enfrenta grandes desafios que fragilizam o cuidado, entre os quais se destacam a dificuldade de estabelecimento de vínculo e o preconceito contra o usuário de drogas, violando o direito de acesso ao cuidado de qualidade e integralidade preconizado pelo SUS. As principais ações estão voltadas à escuta, ao acolhimento das demandas e ao aconselhamento às famílias. Diante desse cenário, reafirma-se que a assistência é centrada em serviços especializados, fazendo-se necessário fortalecer a rede para um efetivo cuidado ao usuário de drogas.
The use of substances that affect the behavior, consciousness and mood of a person is ancient. The family, as well as school and friends, plays the role of primary socialization role for in children and adolescents and may function as a protective or a risk factor or a risk. The present is study aims to analyze the meanings, senses and experiences of family members related to crack addicts in treatment. This is a qualitative study, critical and reflective, conducted with workers CAPSad workers (Psychosocial Care Center, alcohol and other drugs), and crack addicts undergoing treatment and their families. For data collection, a semi-structured interview was used. Also, it was conducted a cContent analysis was also conducted, which allowed the establishment of convergences, divergences and complementarities. It is observed that family members attribute very negative meanings relatinged to crack addicts which are very negative, often due to a family relationship conflict, marked by the loss of family ties concerning with the crack addict. However, when the family becomes a target for interventions by CAPSad, there is a change of meaning in relation to the addict, which improves family relationships and contributes to the maintenance of the crack addict's treatment. Given the above, it is perceived the importance of working on the meanings assigned to the family of addicts in treatment related forto drug use is perceptible. A família, juntamente com a escola e os amigos, exerce função de socialização primária de crianças e adolescentes e pode funcionar como fator de proteção ou de risco. O presente estudo teve como objetivo analisar os significados, sentidos e experiências dos familiares relacionados ao usuário de crack em situação de tratamento. Trata-se de um estudo qualitativo, crítico e reflexivo, realizado com trabalhadores do Centro de Atenção Psicossocial, ál-cool e outras drogas (CAPSad), bem como usuários de crack em tratamento e seus familiares. Para coleta de dados, utilizou-se a entrevista semiestruturada. Além disso, utilizou-se a análise de conteúdo, a qual possibilitou estabelecer convergências, divergências e complementaridades. Percebe-se que os familiares atribuem sentidos e significados relacionados ao usuário de crack bastante negativos, e isso acontece, muitas vezes, em decorrência de uma relação familiar conflituosa, marcada pela perda de vínculos familiares do usuário. No entanto, quando o familiar passa a ser alvo de intervenções realizadas pelo CAPSad, há uma mudança de significados em relação ao usuário, o que melhora o relacionamento familiar e contribui para a manutenção do tratamento do ente que faz uso de crack. The use of crack cocaine has given rise to an intense discussion in society. Research has contributed to the characterization of users and the negative consequences of its use. However, few studies have conducted in-depth study of the social and cultural contexts in which crack cocaine is used. Thus, this study seeks to discuss the ritual of crack cocaine use and its social and health consequences for the user. It is a qualitative study developed in the Psychosocial Care Centers for Alcohol and Drugs (Portuguese acronym: Caps-ad). The individuals were selected in two groups of key-informants: crack cocaine users undergoing treatment and health professionals. Data was obtained by means of semi-structured interviews. The results revealed that the use of crack cocaine is not dissociated with the current organizational structure of society. There is a link between the use of this substance and the social organization for its use. By using crack cocaine, the individuals try to be part of a consumer market, actively participating in what society perceives as new. The forms and locations of use are directly related to users' health, making it necessary for healthcare services to detect, approach and make health interventions in these locations of use.
This study aims to understand the production of comprehensive care in prenatal care in a Basic Unity of Family Health in Fortaleza. To this end, we conducted semi-structured interviews with a user, whose prenatal care was provided by a Basic Unity of Family Health, as well as systematic observations of her prenatal care appointments. Data analysis, conducted according to Merhy's analytic flowchart, revealed that bureaucratization of reception at the entrance, a sequence of violated rights in the team-user relationship and the little access by the user of information on childbirth and puerperal period. It was concluded that embracement, attachment and responsibilization are still non-institutionalized devices in family health team. Health care is based on individual values of each professional, which by themselves do not provide comprehensive prenatal care.
