During the years, several researchers have been making efforts to elaborate models which intend to evaluate the Quality of Working Life on multiple aspects. In order to contribute to the development of that question, this article presents an original model for evaluation of the Quality of Working Life at public Universities, according to the perception of the technical administrative employees. As a special point, this model should be able to incorporate the main Dimensions and Indicators Quality of Working Life at those organizations, which aims to define: (i) the Quality of Working Life at a public University, according to the employees of various levels (from elemental level to superior level), working at different administrative units; (ii) which are the weaknesses/potentialities on Quality of Working Life; and, (iii) the critical points which must be priority in order to improve the Quality of Working Life at public Universities.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
